MAMMA'S BISTRO, Perth

I had the pleasure to visit Mammas Bistro repeated times last week whilst attending a work related seminar in Perth. Indeed a pleasure. Refreshing to be made welcome, comfortable and so well catered for. l was, in a previous life, on the International highway for...most of the year. A plethora of eating places abound throughout South East Asia, Europe and the America's. Right here, tucked away from the daily grind, is Mammas on Adelaide Terrace, East Perth. Rosie, host extrodinare, is efficient, professional beyond expectation(s) and accommodating. Cheff Sunny, is equal to the task. Drop by some time. Enjoy an ale. A glass (or 3) of red maybe. Reef & beef sure is a stand- alone treat in itself. Suitably priced. Clean. Conveniently located. You will not be disappointed!!More

Great Food

Went here for our first night's dinner as it was across the road from accommodation and we'd all had a long day travelling.

Couldn't fault it. Returned the following day

We could see this place from our hotel window so decided to walk down for dinner with children 7, 9 and 16. Everything we ordered was absolutely lovely! Ranging from salmon risotto to our kids meals. We will definitely be making the trip back from...secret harbour just for dinner!More

Good, great and better!

Nice service, great food and good music. Can’t complain at all.. best Parmy I’ve had in a long time, and I can’t go past a parmy wherever I go!! Thanks Mamma’s Bistro

Mama’s Bistro: a hidden gem.

Staying at Crowne Plaza on stopover to South Africa and went for a walk. Found Mama’s Bistro. Excellent coffee and vegeburger. Hope to return some day.

Take away and dine in

First night ordered a take away pizza perfect, hot great amount of toppings, The we dined in first night bruschetta than delicious pasta dishes. Few night s later after a big day of driving went in just to have light snack again full of flavour....Lovely staff and also good coffee.More

Needs a refresh

Dined here one night by myself while on business in Perth. Was difficult to tell where the entrance was - should have taken the hint at that point. Menu was fairly extensive in terms of pizza but other selections seemed lacking. Bruschetta was awesome albeit...big for a one person serve. Still ate it all as I enjoyed it. Ceasar salad with chicken for main. They need to was the lettuce - lots of bits of grit. Soft drink in nice cold glass and very cold, which was great. Decor seemed grimy and the place was really quiet considering there is hardly any competition close by and lots of apartments around it. The photos on their website must have been taken a long time ago. Service was perfunctory. Did what was necessary but no small talk or follow up (e.g. would you like dessert, how was your meal, can I get you a coffee etc). Looked like lots of ideas had been tried and abandoned. They have tried very hard but just looks like it needs a good refresh.More

Great food

$15 lunch

I went there with my colleagues and we enjoyed "$15 lunch special" beef nachos.cajun chicken salad and calamari salad. Compliment to the chef for giving us such mouthwatering lunch.

Great breakfast

Great breakfast and coffee at this place. I had bacon and egg on toast and I really enjoyed the eggs, cooked the way I want for my breakfast with crispy bacon. Will definitely recommend.
