This was really disappointing. The view and atmosphere are great. Prawn rolls, chips and fish tacos were nice but cold when we got them. When we questioned this they said they could find us as if it was our fault - we hadn’t moved and were in the middle of two other tables served while our food went cold. Don’t order the cray sliders bun was stale and not sure what was add to mashed up Cray.

Visited the Bay Club for an early dinner. We went at 4.30pm to ensure a nice table. Plenty of guests already at that time, enjoying the fabulous vibe and unbeatable location.
The menu is smallish and whilst we enjoyed the salt and pepper squid as the entree, we felt both main courses were below average for what we paid.
Next time we would just go to enjoy a few drinks and nibbles in this beautiful location, soaking up the atmos, while the sun goes down.

This place deserves higher ratings just for the view over Roebuck Bay. We visited for lunch and although not too hot found a nice table in the shade overlooking the bay.
We got there about 11.30 to enjoy a beer before the kitchen opened at 12. We both had fish and chips which was good if not brilliant and had a nice bottle of white wine which was reasonably priced.
In all an enjoyable lazy lunch looking over the bay watching the Black Kites soaring above on the thermals, before we caught the bus just outside back to Cable Beach.
Although there is plenty of seating on the lawn, there is not too much shade. So on a very hot day this could be a problem. I would encourage the Mangrove Bay management to install some more shading for the lawn tables.

Absolutely a great location for dining and for a drink. The views from the terrace were unbelievable. The only issue to be aware of care the mosquitos in the evenings, spray repellant is essential. The food here on our first night was first class. Tasty and generous. Unfortunately we returned a couple of nights later and ordered an entree as well as mains. We made sure that the entrees would c one out first, but someone didn't't listen and they came at the same time as our mains. I advised the waitress that we specifically requested a 10-15 minuet gap between courses. She apologised and took the mains away. Problem is, that all they did was to place the plates under the warmer and then deliver them again. Our fish and chips were still ok, but not as crunchy as they could have been, but our salad, after that time under a warmer, not nice. I nearly sent the whole lot back, but we decided to eat the meal as it was still ok and we were very hungry, except for the salad which remained on the plate. Would we go back when next in Broome? Probably yes, but we will be ordering entrees first, and then ordering mains after entrees finished.

This probably won't come as a shock to a lot of people but in general Broome is expensive and you don't get good value for your money.
The Bay Club restaurant is part of the Mangrove Hotel complex and you can walk in off the the street and have a good meal there. Seating is either inside or on the lawn.
To our delight the food was of excellent quality, the staff happy, friendly and accommodating, and the service great, no long waits for food here.
The food is reasonably priced, it has a nice Bar and the outlook over the Roebuck Bay is beautiful.
Needless to say we'll be heading back there again very soon.
Only one thing the choice of music they play over the speaker system could be a little easier on the ear, and they cater more for the younger set in this regard.

Location is great. And drinks overlooking the bay are great. But food is disappointing. Ordered the broccoli and prawn salad. Prawns were undercooked, menu said that the broccoli was oven roasted, but it came out blanched and cold, no oven roasting at all. $26 for a plate of cold broccoli seems way off. Pizza was ok, not the best I’ve had, and again, prawns were undercooked. Can’t remember the last time I’ve had to send food back.

Three stars for the view and atmosphere.
Food was bland and uninspiring. My ‘spiced’ lamb pizza had no flavour. My husband described the seafood linguine as ‘meh’.
I would come back for a drink but not the food.

A great view & sweeping sight of Roebuck Bay amongst many white tables, chairs & umbrellas. Lunch is at this outdoor setting on nice green grass with lots of palm trees setting the scene! A very relaxing & inviting setting!
Lunch was lovely & accompanied by 2 very nice cocktails! We ordered Seafood Linguine & Barramundi. Both were very tasty. A great way to spend some hours & to enjoy good food!

Fish and Chips - PERFECT!!
Very large serving but a gorgeous light batter on scrumptious fish. Not an overload of chips but perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. Great location and amazing view. Recommend getting there early to secure a spot with shade though.

The outlook and decor is amazing. Excellent drinks. What let's this place down is the food, tried four dishes and all pretty horrendous... sorry to say that. Fish was thick, doughy and not cooked. Squid is ok quality but again too thick. Fried Broccoli was also doughy. Pizza was dry, bland, hard and tasteless. All could be easy fixed, someone high up needs to review the ingredients and what's happening in the kitchen. Some changes needed.
If you go for drinks just order the chips or wedges, safe bet.

We had breakfast included at the Bay Club with our Mangrove Hotel room. It was great every day and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Giulio the manager went that extra mile for us so many times really making our breakfasts special.
We had lunch and dinner also many times and everything was delicious - the steak in particular was one of the best steaks I have had outside of a steakhouse in a long time and the sides and jus were very very flavoursome.
We had plenty of drinks and cocktails while here also and all were great. The cocktail bar was quite slow but every cocktail was made with great care and tasted amazing making up for the slow speed.
We were also here for staircase to the moon which was a beautiful but incredibly busy night. The staff still remained professional and friendly despite being insanely busy, and the food and drinks were just as good as every other night.
We would stay at the attached hotel again purely for the Bay Club!

I love coming here for lunch. I've been to Broome several times - each time I make an effort to come and have lunch here. The food is good and it's relaxing to sit under the umbrellas looking out at Roebuck Bay. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

First visited the Bay Club for the Staircase to the Moon - ended up coming back every night while I was in Broome.
The staff working here are incredible - friendly and polite. I was really happy to find vegan options on the menu and the venue was very well maintained.
One of the nights had a live Piano and Didgeridoo performance paired alongside the Staircase to the Moon phenomenon.
Would highly recommend!

Had several meals here over our NY trip. The menu is not huge but the quality of the food was excellent. The Korean chicken wings were delicious. We also really enjoyed the beef rib and the porterhouse. Breakfast menu was good too. The cocktails were excellent and there was an extensive list prior to NY but I think that has now been limited because of the wet season and reduction in staff. We enjoyed the location - it was great to sit out on the terrace overlooking the bay. Lovely spot.

Did not stay here but came in the afternoon to enjoy the sunset views over the bay. The elevated position catches the breeze, and the views are really nice. Probably the best cocktails in town as they are freshly made (long wait though).
My personal favourite place to go.
