Walking down Lygon street, after the "hustle" area we came across this small Italian restaurant. It was quiet but the food was absolutely delicious. They had plenty of different gluten free options. I had a gluten free gnocchi and it was absolutely amazing. My mum...had ravioli and said 'tender with a rich flavoursome filling.' These portions were also perfect. We went here today for lunch, the staff serving our table is very nice and friendly. Probably because we had a late lunch, the environment is very quiet and cozy. We could also see via Open Kitchen it is very clean. When the food came,...we are stunned! They’re really amazing and I had the best Carbonara in my life, other dishes are very good as well and all of us enjoyed the meal very much. I absolutely loved Da Guido la pasta. I went with friends for a catch up, we started with a cocktail & ended the night with a limoncello. The food was delicious & the staff are friendly, welcoming & attentive. I’ll definitely be back.

Came across this restaurant whilst on a city trip to Melbourne and visiting Lygon Street. Oh my goodness the food was outstanding and every table was fully booked with walk - ins entering all evening. A sure sign of a great restaurant. The owner was...working so hard and very welcoming. I had the Waygu Beef Ravioli. The taste was out of this world and cooked to perfection. Service was first class. An open kitchen was on show. Spotless clean.
