My husband and I have dined here many times and also had lunch with a cousin and can't fault the food or the very friendly staff. We stayed on Sunday night had the 2 course menu for dinner which included a free drink, wine, beer etc for $49pp. We chose an entree to share a main each and the panna cotta to share for dessert. All delicious! My Salmon was perfectly cooked and my husbands chicken was very tasty. Would highly recommend this friendly hotel and restaurant to everyone!

After a long day of touring on the Great Ocean Road, we did not want to venture back out for our evening meal and decided to try the Radisson hotel restaurant. Great choice! We had the beef fillet and the baramundi and both were excellent. Our server was very accommodating and when we had questions regarding wines offered small samples of 2 so we could decide.

I used the Entertainment voucher to check it out. Compliments to Glen who cooked Victoria Lamb loins that were cooked to a true ''medium". Loved the vegetables with it; Parsnip puree, charred broccolini along with lentils and braised orange, mint juice. Glen also plated the AMAZING Madagascar Chocolate mousse! What a presentation with berries, strawberry, white and dark chocolate scrolls, and gold on the rich chocolate dome! The food service by Glennill (sp?)- so attentive to details and to refill water and drinks. Polite and friendly staff on Sunday evening.

Drove around the block and found a parking spot across the road out the front and had previously booked and then were delayed due to another lockdown. We had an excellent window table 2 courses each plus drinks and then coffees. We ordered the steak and the barramundi plus vegetables as a side. The food was delicious, the service amazing and when leaving we were talking about how this restaurant wins over all but one of the five star hotel restaurants in Melbourne. Everything about our evening was very, very good. Congratulations HQ’S.

Conveniently located to our hotel, we opted to try HQ's based on other good reviews, well-deserved. We were early so it was pretty quiet, but we had lovely attention from the staff.... like us, they're happy to see hospitality claw back. Our waitperson checked my food intolerances with the chef (always essential), let us taste the wine before ordering... (*bonus* when we're unfamiliar with brands). The food was just great, beautifully presented... and plenty of it (I couldn't do justice to all of my lentils, but they were delicious). Nice views overlooking the street and the park.

On our last stay at Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens, we were able to try out some of the new dishes on the winter menu. We were also able to sample some of the dishes on offer on the all-day bar snack menu. The beef brisket burger stood out as a great winter meal, but the Madagascar Chocolate Mousse was the biggest surprise. From the berries in the mousse covered in a chocolate coating and dressed with berries, choc chips, and a sprinkling of gold dust made for a spectacular dish.

It was a bad experience, we request a soup to a 2 years old child and it arrived after 1 hour late. Our meal also have a delay of almost one hour. The only good thing was that Diego helped us and try to make the things less stressful. This was out first day in Melbourne and it was not a good impression. We are hosted at Radisson, and we hope that we change this bad experience.

My daughter & I were lucky to be staying at the Radisson Flagstaff on sight for a few days. We enjoyed an extensive buffet breakfast in HQ's every morning with the best barista made coffee. The view across the road to Flagstaff Gardens was a welcoming added bonus in such a hectic city. Terrific staff & a special mention to chef Joshua Devine for Dinner to die for. We took advantage of room service two nights in a row. Loved the seafood linguine & the wagyu beef burger.

It's a great place for a buffet breakfast. 1st coffee made by the Barista.. You have a Chef making you yummy eggs the way you like it..we had the Omelette and it was delicious..we went there 3 days in a row as our hotel did not provide breakfast.. and it's so close to Vic Markets. Staff were really nice. The lady Manager Susan(hope I got the correct names) was super nice so was the Barista guy..? Marco? We were so touched by their warmth. Food was delicious..

The smile and friendliness of staff makes this place even more spectacular. Topped with amazingly delicious food, the place needs to be on everyone’s bucket list. Fining dining with a twist... the exceptional staff and service. Had the potato and leek soup to start with... wanted more... even wiped the bowl clean with the best Turkish bread I’ve had. Main meal was the slow cooked lamb.. yummy.. perfection. However, dessert was the grand finale.. the sticky date pudding. Not what I expected to see but the taste was sensational. The sugary orange rind perfect combination. My partner had the butter chicken which was just mouth watering. Side of mango chutney was a great inclusion. Overall, the meal was superb. I we are so definitely coming back to try more in the menu. Thankyou for great hospitality.

Had breakfast and dinner daily over 4 night hotel stay. Varied and tasty menu. Despite no buffet due to Covid-19 restrictions, breakfast was plentiful. Offers good value dining for hotel guests.

I went early when they opened and was the only one there. It took quite a long time to get a salad and the meal wasn't very good at all. I added chicken, which was extremely dry. I didn't see the waiter again until I was ready to pay, so I had to wave someone else over and was told to just go pay at the bar. It was all okay, but just not the best experience.

Decent dinner two days in a row. A little busy so sometimes, servers are not so attentive. Other than that, I had a nice meal here (Fish & chips, chicken with baby octopus spaghetti) as a hotel guest. Hami served me well, she is chatty, polite and knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere too.

This is a nice hotel restaurant with good service and menu with regional choices . It open and spacious with a lively atmosphere. The wine by the glass is good with a nice selection from Victoria . It would be great if the sommelier could add some Rutherglen Durif to the wine list it is exceptional . The worlds best Rutherglen Muscat and Topaques would also be a good part of the wine list that showcase Victorias wide fine wine choices .

Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
