What an atmosphere. The staff and service was impeccable. The food delicious. We shared the calamari and lasagne. Followed by a tiramisu and short black. Will definitely return to have another meal at Piccolo Mondo.

We had dinner at Piccolo Mondo and I can honestly say the food was better than anything I’ve had in Melbourne. Better yet was the incredible service provided by staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming back!

If you want real parmesan, cut from the block, grated
over your pasta with a twist of style, this is the
place. Until recently, this neighbourhood was home to
the notorious ‘Carlton Crew,’ a pseudo mafia who
started their day with a local espresso. They are
gone, but the espresso still runs strong in this
Little Italy which has something for everyone.
