Great set menu with additional options. Service was excellent. The choice of dishes was good and I would go again.

Service was bad, food, while tasty, was ridiculously minimalist, wine expensive. Atmosphere at lunch was business men and women hanging out! Boring!!! We found so many Asian restaurants in Melbourne that had much better food, much better atmosphere, much better service and much better value...for money.More

Atmosphere and service are good, staff attentive and cheerful, tables reasonably spaced. But, food seems very overpriced and quality dubious - I had a chicken dish accompanied by "premium imported rice" . Given the location, pricing and fact it styled as a Japanese restaurant, I...expected prime pieces of chicken and Japanese rice. I was served very mixed lumps of chicken with fat, ligament and skin attached with small rice which if imported was certainly not premium and definitely not Japanese. Overall food was very disappointing.More

Sat at the sushi bar and had the combination sushi/sashimi plate (large) for 2 $129. Absolutely excellent sushi crafted with care and first class ingredients. Excellent service. Lovely evening for 2 for under $200 including drinks. Absolutely loved it and will be going back. If...you think $7 is overpriced for a piece of sushi stick to the $2 sushi trains.More

Very consistent food & service .Always fresh & high quality—not cheap but worth going the extra yard . Has become an institution & very large following —-always busy ! Need to book.

Nothing wrong with the food, but the pricing is outrageous. $7.00 for one piece of sushi is not worth it. There sushi places close by with just as good of food very close by. Would not recommend.

The restaurant was very busy, so the staff were very busy so probably not quite as attentive as they might normally be. It was also quite noisy because there were so many people in the area but there was plenty of room between tables to...make you feel comfortable. The food wasn’t too bad, not the best I’ve eaten but certainly tasty and fresh. Overall, a pleasant dinner and experience.More

The food is great and the fish and seafood extremely fresh. The staff was really receptive as well. Definitely worth it.

Went for luhcn on a monday, still very busy so you need to book. The service was good and the lunchboxes were excellent. Not cheap at about $65 each including wine but still very good.

Yes Helen. You usually do. But one day ahead of time is probably ok.
