Wonderful and friendly staff however was disappointed with the food and its presentation. Certainly expected more for a place that i had visited many times over the last few years. The food lacked the true Italian flavour and influence that cheaper and lesser known Italian...More

Florentino Grill (downstairs) serves shared dishes, pasta and of course grilled meat and fish. We were there for the pasta dishes and were delighted with the offerings. The table service was friendly but they did seem a tad stretched. Overall, a good night out.

Sadly there is nothing remarkable about the food except that it is ridiculously overpriced and ordinary. Atmosphere is formal and staid : Very disappointing.

Hello, I'm sorry for the delay. No doubt you have already experienced the delight of Grossi Florentino by now. Smart casual is fine, but it's so lovely there and getting dressed up would be nice.
