Dinner with my beauty for valentine's day. Good food with good service. A few of the dishes were excellent and the rest were 'nice'. We had the banquet. We usually go to another Lebanese restaurant which takes things up a few notches with every dish being a standout for a similar price. If you live close bye this would gladly... More

Abla is still serving the honest, well made, generous and tasty food she is famous for. Everything we had on the night was fine; the service friendly and attentive and we could BYO. Its just that there are more interesting, innovative middle eastern options out there now....

Good food & good service overall, however the venue is very noisy and it was difficult to enjoy conversation at our table due to this which was a little disappointing.

Very tasty Lebanese food but I honestly cannot say I would recommend this restaurant given the cost vs what you get. We ordered the $60 per person set menu and had BYO wine. Some soft drinks, a beer or two and a tip amounted to $100pp. The menu is mostly a taste selection so don't expect to have a hearty... More

We went with friends and had a wonderful evening of delightful Lebanese food and some lovely wines, including one bottle of our own as they do BYO. The service was very good and the food a lovely experince of the cuisine. My favourite dish was lentils with rice and onion which was a very tasty combination, however, it was all... More

Sadly lacking! Before booking I discussed with the staff that we are a family of 6, 4 big boys with hearty appetites and that I was happy to pay the $60 per head (only option on a Friday & Sat night) as long as we wouldn't be needing to stop at Maccas on the way home. I was assured there... More

One chicken and rice dish, one mixed dip platter, one dish of stuffed zuccini, two glasses of red wine, two glasses of soft drink, two turkish delights and one baklawa - bill $115. Very fresh food, nicely presented, wholesome, home-style cooking. Flavours nicely balanced. We enjoyed every mouthful. Delicious. Water brought to table. Clean white-paper table-topping. Clean glasses, plates and... More

Visited this lovely restaurant with a couple of friends. The food at Abla's is consistently good without being creative or innovative. This is honest, reliable Lebanese food with good Baba Ganoush, filo fingers with spicy mince and lovely green beans in a red sauce. The skewered kebabs are delicious although most mains come with a typical side of tabbouleh. This... More

Lebanese friends recommended this restaurant, so of course we expected great things. What a fantastic place! We had the banquet as we were there on a Saturday night. I really wanted to try the cabbage rolls, which were not part of the banquet. However the lovely person on the end of the phone made a note and out came the... More
