It gets alittle crowded at nights. But the quality of the chocolates and churros are just mind-blowing you'd be craving for more. It's alittle pricey for two churros it costs 14.90$ something but you get two dips and finger-licking good churros. Definitely coming back for more.

It was my first time in Melbourne and stayed there for 5 days. One of my friends told me to try the churros at the San Churro Chocolateria and I can't believe that their churros are soooooh perfect! Actually, it was the best churros I have ever tasted in my life! :) The chocolate dip is not an ordinary dip.... More

We dropped by this shop on our way to find out where the Old Museum Gaol is. We ordered the churros with dips and they tasted quite fresh and nice~~ However, for a better one, it would be worth your time to travel to San Churro at Harbour Town, Melbourne. We tried both and still feel that the shop at... More

Since I'm not a big chocolate fan I came here for the coffee which was okay, but not fantastic. They have a huge selection of chocolates though, and some cakes, my not much. Staff are lovely, and being close to work is helpful, but not one of the best places for a coffee.

Is amazing to be in San Churro and taste the amazing dark and thick chocolate. This chocolate is so similar to the chocolate that we drink in latin america, if you are from spain or latin america you will feel in your home.

I went here the other night with a few friends, expecting the standard churros with chocolate, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they also did milkshakes, sundaes, platters, and fondues with fruit, plus more.. I couldn't decide what I wanted, but as soon as we saw someone's San Churro sundae get brought to them we knew that's what we... More

I have tried the one in Brunswick and it was ok. This place was run by rude staff. I subscribe to the member rewards and was expecting a birthday free churro however I was told my bar code voucher wasn't valid. The staff were rude and I won't be back. It was enough to make me not want to return... More

After dinner one evening, we decided to head over to San Churro at QV in the CBD for some dessert. We both ordered the ‘Chocolate Lava Cake’, as we are both huge fans. We also got cookies and cream milkshakes. It was very busy as it was a Friday night, but overall it had a pleasant atmosphere and enough room... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
