We had booked a hotel which we thought had breakfast included……which it didn’t….so we were a little annoyed. That was until we found this place, which became our go to breakfast place whilst in Melbourne. Awesome!
Really nice; staff were friendly and people with more specific dietary needs should still be able to find something on the menu. Service was quick and the restaurant was nice and clean. I had the breakfast burger and it was delicious, my wife had scrambled...eggs and a smoothie and both were very nice.More
Stopped in for a late breakfast which was fantastic! The homemade relish/salsa was a nice sweet addition to the plate.
The place was quite chill for dinning, but was real busy on the takeaway coffee.
Would love to go back in the evening and see...the transition into the wine bar!More
I had the most delicious breakfast I've had in a long time. I'm vegetarian and the options we fantastic. I ordered the potato rosti and made a vegetarian version without the bacon. I switched it for roasted tomato and spinach sides. They were very generous...proportions. I love the location and the decor. Felt like I was in New York. Can't wait to go back.More
During January we stayed a couple of times in the Brady Hotel and tried out Sally's because it was so handy and so pleased it was as it's so good.
First visit we had lunch, Steak Sandwich for me and Pumpkin Salad for her and...both were delicious.
Breakfast has been a couple of times, once with eight people and everyone was full of compliments.
Service friendly and very inviting, premises extremely clean and tidy, coffee tops and muffins great.
Would return in a flash.More
Brilliant brunch enjoyed by all. Coffee excellent, freshly made juices were gorgeous and the food - yummy!! Big breakfast was a favourite whilst I enjoyed truffle egg scramble. Do yourself a favour and pop into Sally’s for brunch.
I hear cocktails are great too so...we will return soon for a ‘sun downer’.More
Staying at the Brady Hotel, I was looking for a quick meal. Sally's, which is attached to the hotel, was a warm and inviting place to have a meal. I opted for a cider, and the 'mini' meatlovers pizza. The pizza was a decent size...for something described as mini. Delicious and crispy, with shaved Parmesan, I enjoyed every bite. A raspberry crumble to take away rounded off the meal.
Friendly staff, enjoyable music and a convenient location. Sally's is a good stop, with cocktails and coffee all on offerMore
Went to. Sally's Kitchen for breakfast and dinner the breakfast was superb with great choices and great coffee. We also had a very good dinner here on both occasions the staff were fantastic and very friendly.
Definitely highly recommended especially for their amazing breakfast.

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air
of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
