It was bucketing down in the city and I was looking for something to eat. I came across Grill’d and ordered two sliders. They came in quick time freshly cooked and were rather tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Ambience was great. Melbourne is good for this type of ambience. Food was really so so. Ordered from the tapas menu. Not one drop of olive oil on any of the tapas. The Jamon was very low quality. I suggest finding a different place to...eat. I would avoid this place. By the way Service was good and friendly.More

I never wanted to try Grill'd. i got persuaded by a friend who swears they have the best burgers in Melbourne. my friend was treating me so i said why not went for a later lunch Sunday...............place was not busy..............the place.did not look very tidy...and the table we sat at was not very clean had the standard cheeseburger..........how much for the extra meat patty, $4!!!!! how much does the patty weigh? 100-125grams ordered the burger with extra cheese and an extra patty and side of chips flavourless patty, wasnt nicely caramelised either- not cooked with any love- slap dash griling of the patties . tiny thin patty, even with 2 patties the ratio of bun (too large) to meat is off. chips were ok worst burger i have had in Melb- definitely not returningMore

Never disappointed by Grill’d, regardless of location! Workers are always lovely and the atmosphere is always good. This one in particular, the atmosphere in the alley of Degraves street is awesome and the food is always really enjoyable! Will continue to come back everytime I...visit Melbourne!!More

I admit that I like Grilld - their stuff is reliably good and their service system pretty straightforward. Degraves is no exception. Pleasant laneway vibe and all the usual features of this burger chain, which deserves its success. One day, an excellent New Zealand outfit...called Burgerfuel might hop the Tasman and start giving Grilld a run for its money - until that day, I am invariably content and well-fed here. Always nice young people. Too easy. Recommended - you can also have a beer!More

My first experience eating at Grill’d and I very much enjoyed the food and vibe on Degraves St as we were eating in the back area outside. Love their trio chip selection to share with dips and the burgers tastes so good! Definitely will go...back againMore

Chips were tasty but overloaded with salt! A little ironic given the focus on ‘healthy’. Good customer service and would like to come back to try a burger.

Real score 3.2 out of 5. Meh. It’s OK but I wouldn’t rave. Service was quick and that’s blessing when you’re pressed for time. It was buzzing here at lunchtime. I went for a fruity shiraz with the BBQ brisket with low carb superbun. The...low carb superbun is a forlorn thing. I should have been prepared for it. It’s flat and featureless with little flavour. I wish I’d risked the carbs on a bun. The burger had a lovely deep smoky flavour. I was enjoying it until I hit fatty seam that was rather chewy. That took up a few minutes. Then, I realised that the whole thing was a bit lukewarm. I thought of complaining but that’s rarely my style. I then started to worry about the cold breeze coming in from the street and the overall volume of noise in what are pretty prosaic and underwhelming premises. Add to that that I found the service here transactional at best. I was unmoved by the experience. Conclusion: there are much better options on this iconic Melbourne Street.More

Worst branch of grill'd! Customer service is 0! Got spoilt tomatoes in my salad and they were trying to say they are fresh. And suggested for me to pick 2 new tomatoes instead of 2 rotten ones in my salad! Didn't want to make a...new one. Also missing major ingredients that I noticed already at home. Each time I'm trying to justify that its just one time thing, and each time I get my food and mood spoilt.More

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air

I didn't notice set lunches. Burgers were about $12USD and higher. Most restaurants on this street(alley) are above average pricing. Only thing about the street was that they were close and choices were good.
