The atmosphere was friendly and service was excellent. The food wasn't spectacular. The mussels were quite bland, the salmon was lovely. I was very disappointed with the serving sizes. Especially the dessert chef selection.

Our party of six were seated upstairs at what turned out to be a private table. The service was very good, our Mt Mary was served carefully from its carafe. We started with some favourites: their duck liver pate, seafood bisque which were delicious, followed...More

Truely an amazing French restaurant with mouth watering dishes and wines to match. The staff were extremely tentative and friendly even while busy. They made dinning here absolute treat and the delicious food just topped it all off. What a way to celebrate Bastille Day....More

Being something of a Francophile I stayed with the classics. Onion soup had rich, deep flavour. The duck liver parfait was a standout. Coq au vin delicious but would prefer bone in. Menu, cocktails and wine list all excellent. Highly recommended.

It did lack a bit of atmosphere (perhaps compared to similar places like France Soir or Bistro Thierry where you get a sense of being in a French restaurant - no obvious French staff etc here.) But the service was reasonable and there were plenty...More
