Let’s welcome back The Graham Hotel. Looks like these guys have spent a whole heap of $$ totally renovating this place and it looks amazing! You really must see the transformation! Came here for dinner and wasn’t disappointed. We got great service from our waiter Robbie and the food tasted delicious and was really well presented. See attached photos. Get out there and support local businesses. This place is a MUST see! Enjoy.

It was great to see the Graham Hotel was back as a fine-dining pub and the fit out was excellent and the place had a good warm feel to it. The food was very good generally and top on the list for pub food but did need some refinement. The portions were large and well presented and priced reasonably and in our view one of the best pubs around and enjoyable. Service was attentive and good although a standard uniform my impress more than how some staff were dressed and suggesting a time limit when the place was only 20% occupied seemed odd..

After an extensive search I finally landed on having my retirement dinner at The Graham Hotel (TGH) with 30 people in one of the upstairs private dining rooms. The food was excellent (shared plates - charcuterie board, mussels, croquettes for entree, a choice of six meals for main, three desserts and a cheese plate) with a broad selection of wines to choose from …
The staff were brilliant, attentive but not obtrusive, polite and extremely personable and contributed greatly to the smooth running and my overall enjoyment of the event.
I thoroughly recommend TGH for any similar gathering for family / friends / business events

The menu looked impressive, but then again so it should for the prices, I ordered the Eye Fillet $54 (250gm) the plate it came on made it look like it was the size of a 50c piece. I ordered my steak to be cooked medium with peppercorn sauce, they did this, but seriously for the size of the steak it would be pretty hard to muck that up. sides are all extra ranging between $12 & $16. 2 sides and a steak for $90 I would suggest if you were hungry, maybe eat before you get there or pay a small fortune for the underwhelming extravagance. other friends ordered their dishes and everyone was left with a "it's nice food but not really worth that amount of money" kind of feeling. The environment is nice enough, it's a just a bit confusing as to whether you are in a fine dining experience or a pub, I realise it's the new thing to be a gastro pub whatever that is, if it's bar staff standing around talking, cleaning glasses and not being aware of their surroundings then this place gets 5 stars. the bar staff give off the impression they are all young travelling uni student types, all about attitude and not really about customer focused service & genuine hospitality, anyway all in all It seems to have a nice enough aesthetic, just don't expect to be served quickly or necessarily with a smile, you may be charged extra for the privilege.

Held my retirement lunch function here on a Friday afternoon with 34 people in the Terrace Function room.
The setting was superb the room had space for around 40 guests. The wine list had something for all budgets the Shiraz blend proved very popular.
The hostess was extremely efficient, explaining what was going to happen and noting dietary requirements from the start. Orders all arrived down pat at the right places, the three courses were all excellent salmon, duck, steak, and vegan curry were all well received.
Having the upstairs to ourselves made for a great private space to celebrate.
Additionally we started downstairs in the bar and some of us wound down afterwards at a table outside. The staff in the bar were also very friendly and efficient.
I can’t recommend The Graham highly enough. They made my day a great experience.

This was a return visit and I was not disappointed. The pub still had a modern 'swish' feel to it, service was friendly and professional and the food of a high standard and well presented. Definitely one of the better up-market pubs in Melbourne. I gave it 4.0

Disappointed. Food average and service by untrained students. Table had someone else’s used water glass and coffee cup on table when we arrived. This was not removed until we asked. We requested a glass of champagne and were given a poor quality prosecco without any options being offered. When it was spilt by the waitress on the table it wasn’t mopped up until we asked.Grilled prawns were overcooked and tough without any flavour. So many better options in the area.

The renovations are gorgeous. The staff were polite, attentive and were always displaying great attention to detail.
We enjoyed all the dishes and highly recommend The Graham to customers.
It was a cherished find after the lockdowns. We will be back!

We had lunch for two at the Graham.
The venue is great— tastefully decorated, and a number of good spaces. The service was really good— friendly and efficient. The wine list was excellent, with a good selection by the glass and some interesting bottles.
Why then only 3 stars? Because the food was disappointing. We had the waygu schnitzel and crab risotto, both in the mid $30 range. Both were bland and fairly tasteless—no way I would have known I was eating waygu, and with eyes shut no way you would know there was any crab in the risotto.
Overall, probably a 3.5 star, but as you can’t use halves, unfortunately settles as a three

Valentine’s Day Lunch.
Long time since returning to The Graham.
Steak tartare - almost Japanese style with some kimchi and some lite chilli.
Steamed mussels withGarlic and chilli with tomato. Great dish and enough bread to soak up the tomato broth.
Great wine by the glass..

Good food, great service. Mushroom risotto was lovely - huge serving but for $38 you would expect that. Charred broccolini was ok. Others enjoyed their fish and lamb pie. Service attentive. Prices in the high side.

I have been to The Graham Hotel before for dinner, and have been very happy with the results.
On this occasion, I attended with four other family members. We ordered very different meals, so I shall obviously concentrate on what I had as follows:
Eye fillet steak, aka filet mignon or fillet steak depending on where you are from. It was cooked perfectly medium. The fillet was tender, succulent and juicy. It was accompanied with creamy, buttery and delicious mash potato. I had ordered chips, but I am certainly not going to moan as it was so nice. I also ordered the broccolini, which was flavoursome, and had a nice crunch with the 'Al dente' broccolini and the added roasted almonds. The meal was served with a wine jus reduction. I love a good jus, but I actually wanted to drink this stuff straight from the mini-jug. It really was that good.
I shared an apple and rhubarb crumble with custard. I mean, really moreish. That sweet and tart together worked wonders. The custard was also creamy and delicious, so well done.
This was all washed down with a couple of glasses of Australian Shiraz wine. Forgive me, but I have forgotten the actual label name. I am normally a pinot noir drinker, especially with red meat, because it tends to be lighter. This wine was slightly heavier, but very palatable and quaffable.
Our server was a rather lovely lady from Co Meath in Ireland, who was very helpful, polite, witty and had a sound knowledge of the menu. So, well done.
The atmosphere was just right. It was the dining area on the first floor. There are about five tables within, so it's quite cosy. Good vibe of family, couples and friends.
As for price, it is more expensive than most pubs/hotels in this area. However, the quality of food is superior. The price per person after dividing five ways was $100.00.
Overall, a very healthy four out of five stars.

We hadn't been to the Graham for years , what a great surprise , wonderful renovation. The menu is great , really hard to choose , there was so many wo derful sounding dishes . Our server was sublime ! Best service we have ever had .
We had the spaghetti marinara, slow cooked lab pie, steak and beetroot gnocchi.
Everything was really good and the wines from the wine list really good .
Loved the whole experience we will be back🥰
