Rate : 5 The meatball is tasty. We have 2 types of beers, Mordialloc is better than ER lager. Boss is a nice person, think is family business. Great ambiance and relaxing. 👍

Indoor or pavement dining from a well put together menu, with a small but tasteful wine selection, by glass or bottle. Service excellent, food tasty, nice ambience. Very good value.

We just loved El Rincon! Service was fantastic from our Maitre D - Manel. David the chef is a kitchen wizard! We enjoyed the polpo and gambas and a glass of Albarino. We cannot wait to go again and WILL as soon as possible.

My husband happened to wander in off the street and how luck were we. We had the meats and cheese platter and calamari, with a recommended bottle of red. The owner was delightful without being intruding, explained the unfamiliar menu to us and made great...recommendations. We had a wonderful night of shared plates, every mouthful was an explosion of flavours and we ate every morsel. Would recommend this place for the lovely family, welcoming hospitality and the awesome food.More

Girlfriend and I were rambling through Victoria Markets and found this place. Basically for the next 3 hours we sat there inside drinking and eating tapas and rolled out bellies full and pretty jolly. They have some great Spanish beer. The food is good and...the service excellent and worthy of praise. Thank you so much to the crew for really making our visit memorableMore

El Rincon is a gem in one of the corners of QV market, Melbourne! We always have a great time at this place as the food, wine and lovely staff's service are consistently at high levels! We were recently there and enjoyed having our lunch...while listening to the cool selection of Spanish music! Croquettes and the chorizo are most recommended! :)More

Every time I come to El Rincon I feel back in Spain. Very familiar and welcoming environment. Delicious food and super refreshing Sangria. Best place in town to taste the authentic Spanish Tapas. Cannot leave without ordering some croquetas de jamon, pulpo a la gallega...and arroz negro.More

We visited and ate at El Rincon about three years ago and had a good experience . We ate there tonight and ordered paella for two . It would have fed one person ! It was obviously preheated and was basically a meal of rice...with three mussels two prawns and four pieces of calamari , all of which were over cooked. In short it was a disgrace . I say this as someone who has lived and worked in Spain in the past and as a lover of authentic Spanish food . This is nothing like it . Extremely disappointed and if you want to experience good Spanish food don’t bother going there .More

Absolutely amazing place!! I grew up in southern Spain and this has to be the closest I’ve ever come to feeling at home. The food was AMAZING, and the service even better. Will definitely be booking a table for next week too!

Yep - there is a sitting area out the back you can access from main Queen Vic entry, so definitely no wheelchair issues there. The main carpark has wheelchair spots but it is not super close (200 metres at least)
