    About
    We are an Oyster Farm, Restaurant and Retail Shop. Our Restaurant has both seafood and non seafood dishes with plenty of oyster toppings to choose from. Our Retail Shop has many Tasmanian Produce and Gift Lines available including Bridestowe Lavender, Tasmanian Honey Company and Gillespie's Ginger Beer. We also have tours of our farm available, these are 1hr long and are an informative tour that takes in oyster farming, Gillespie's Ginger Beer and Candy Abalone- Tasmanian Premium Dried Abalone.     Restaurant overpriced

    We had oysters at the restaurant which were not anything special and charged 20.00 fora bottle of mineral water..,,this is aimed at tourist market....such a shame as we came here 10 years ago and it was very different in terms of quality

    Great food and very convenient for before or after flight

    Good food and nice staff. I wasn’t expecting anything when it comes to tourist attraction (usually overpriced and crowded), bit this place is good. The oysters platter is the best during my 9 days stay in Tassie, and its price is reasonable.

    Aims at the tour market

    Come here religiously every time we are in Tasmania & promote it to everyone - but this visit ( Monday 11/02 ) was a huge disappointment. The place is looking rundown, toilets were filthy & we discovered to our dismay - it is totally "dog-unfriendly"....More

    Skip the restaurant but go for oysters downstairs

    Nice oysters

    Have the oysters downstairs at the shop (creamy and delicious) but and avoid the restaurant upstairs. Pricey and everything comes with this terrible sweet soyglaze that cover the flavour of the seafood.

    Delicious!

    We had the best fish and chips there as well as their massive platter of oysters - no regrets at all. Honestly the best fish and chips I’ve ever had!

    Fresh seafood

    The oyster were spectacular Fat & succulent freshly opened, service was good, prices where fair, a good place for a nice feed of oysters tried the sea urchin row also good quality with a distinct flavour.
