We just finished another great breakfast at The Fresh Connection and loved it again. Had the best frittatas ever - both taste and visual appeal. They taste great and I wanted to photograph them. Loved the layered look and will apply it to my own...cooking! Also had one of their fresh salads - today was sweet potatoes, zucchini, garbanzo beans and onions. Being a tourist, love the idea of having a great breakfast to start the day. The goal for me is two meals and sometimes the breakfast doesn’t get you through till dinner. But this one does. The service is warm and friendly!More

Grilled barramundi and salad for $16.95. Portion side of salad smaller than our Palm and fish the same. Totally overpriced. Brought chips and then they wanted 30c for sauce which is fine but na.... not again. The other prices for Bain Marie foods seem ok...but we felt ripped off! Quick service!More

The fresh connection is a busy spot for breakfast and lunch. It has a vantage point being located next to woolworth within a small shopping mall however I find their take away food to be a little pricey compared to other good places around the...mall but it has plenty of meal options including sandwiches and wraps (pre made and freshly made). I had coffee from there for the first time and it was weak and watery. On a positive, the coffee was only $3. Overall, it's a clean cafe with alot to offer but personally, I really consider paying their prices for their food.More

i was really hungry and thirsty -so the best option was to have something with instant energy.the flavours were good and the price was a bit expensive but i liked it .we really enjoyed the ice cream and fresh juice

Loved our big breakfast!! Eggs cooked to perfection and with so much on the plate it was hard to know where to start. Friendly staff and good value for money.

In the Wellington Centre just above Woolworths. Dying of hunger! But what to eat? Thought Id drop into Woolies to buy some bread but my eye caught this lovely lunch spot. I sometimes order an icecream as I head home in summer, but havent stopped...for lunch. They have hot and cold food range from sandwiches to subs. Then further in you can get roast and veg, fishermans basket and various pasta dishes. Aarrgghh wot shall I have? Decided on Fishermans basket with tempura batter and lemon wedge and tartare sauce. Yum! The batter was light and crisp, had calamari (fav), prawns, scallop and a piece of fish and chips. Hot hot and scrumptious. Also ordered a black decaf which was hot and strong, just as I like. Very friendly staff and nothing was a problem even bagging up my chips to take home.More

Went here yesterday and the coffee was absolutely horrible, the worst I have had in a long long time. I have been here before (about 12mths ago) and it was really nice so not sure how they can mess it up so bad this time....Food was ok. WONT be backMore

This place, although a tad on t he expensive side offer amazing fresh, healthy meals along with the greasy stuff we all desire. 10/10 in my book!

The service here is fantastic, friendly , knowledgeable and fast. The food was delicious and fresh. My iced coffee was by far the best I've had. Will definitely be back .

I've eaten in this cafe before, but a long time ago. Stopped in for a flat white coffee the other day and was surprised by its excellent quality. Perfect temperature and full-body taste. Served by a nice young lady who called me "love" - gotta...love that :)More

Just grabbed a hot chocolate today but it was one of the best I have had in ages, really creamy. My travel companion loved the rum and raisin ice cream. Have had breakfast here in the past, really yummy as well. Service is always very...friendly and prompt.More
