Staff do not know the meaning of creating an atmosphere for customers. It's like a miserable factory where the staff are robotic, pumping out the same boring food over and over again. The service was slow. We waited 20mins to get our tempura mushrooms and we ended having to ask the waitness in the end. The spring rolls were tiny like 6cm long I couldn't believe my eyes. Nothing like Vanadols spring rolls they were the best...I've ever had. Ill go there next time.More

Easy to get a seat and enjoyed being able to order from the iPad. Service was nice and restaurant was clean and presentable. Didn’t have a wide range of options but did have selections we all ate. Had to order a side Mayo as somethings...(chicken and avo) came with no sauce and therefore very dry without it.More

Was fast & easy to book via google reservation. Have visited this restaurant many times and last nigth wasnt up to their usual standard. Service was very slow for hot items. I had the crispy chicken avacodo sushi and was cold and not up to...standard. Chicken pieces small. Usually this comes out freshly made this was cold so had been premade quite a while ago.More

An amazing range of options on both the track and iPad menu on the table. The kids enjoyed the excitement of the sushi train and even tried something new because of the temptation of the food coming past every few minutes! I went to Sush Track for takeaway today, the sushi and noodle soup were good, my kids loved them, but the service was disappointing, when the food was ready, the front staff just put them on the counter said ‘your order is ready’ and walked...away, without even say ‘Thanks’, I think $20 order is too cheap to be welcomed. We had dinner here on a Sunday night. Busy little sushi train restaurant right in front of Franklin wharf. Not all seats have access to the sushi train, definitely get a seat next to one if you can. Great food and fresh sushi throughout the...night. Occasionally there would be chef's special dish that goes on the track. During our visit it was the Agedashi dofu and it was worth it! In addition to the sashimi, we had a wonderful night. Most of the staff was friendly however our waitress for the night probably had a bad day and what we got was an uninterested and aloof service. Smiling is free. Note that wasabi is available however it needs to be ordered via the tablet.More

There is option for sushi train and option to order a la carte via a screen. Lots of options for sushi, sashimi, nigiri and other Japanese small dishes. If you want a quick Japanese lunch this is the place to go in the area.

We enjoyed a late lunch at Sush Track. We used the ordering app and had everything delivered to our table which was relatively fast and very tasty.

Food was very delicious and fresh. Restaurant was very clean and comfortable. Service was very fast. Overall a highly rated dining experience.

Okay if your just picking plates off the train but takes way too long if you try and order something.

Really great service and really great sushi. Speedy delivery and great atmosphere, recommend coming here for a super casual lunch or dinner with friends
