Tried platter, fresh seafood and big portion. Lots of diners are old people who are from cruises. Prices are relatively high $75 for the platter for one person.

What a fantastic jewel in Hobart's restaurant offering is Mures. The fish is fresh and mouth watering. Prepared to perfection. The service is outstanding. A must if you like fish. Tasmania's best. Loved Mures and we will be back. Recommend the freshly shucked oysters (Have an extra dozen) and the grilled baby Flounder. Juicy, sweet and succulent. All washed down... More

Four of us enjoyed dinner but found food disappointing and over priced. We had scallops and oysters for entree and ocean trout for main. Fish had smoky taste.

We booked for New Years Eve. It turned out a great choice with an excellent menu that suited all my party's tastes. The early fireworks (9:30pm) were visible from the restaurant, and fished i time to enjoy the midnight festivities with the yachties on the docks

We arrived at 5:30pm mt he place was just a few tables but it was full around 7pm. Reservation is required! The squirt was crispy with tender meat inside with a touch of light sour dressing which was great balance! We had originally booked months ago at pearl+co for our one year wedding anniversary dinner that very night, however a few days before our booking they courteously called and said that pearl + co we're changing format. They offered us complimentary drinks at pearl + co, and 25% our meal at upper deck which we thought was more than reasonable.... More

I believed it is the best in Hobart. I have tried another one near the pier but this is the best one. Highly recommended to all.

Magnificent setting looking out over Victoria Dock and Hunter St historic buildings. Welcome and service from all staff was excellent. Everything seemed to flow seemlessly. The scallops entree was superb and main course fish was cooked to perfection. We finished off with a tasty poached pear desert. A thorough fully sated evening.

Very disappointed with meal and especially the prices. Drinks were exceptionally pricey. Service was reasonable but this is second visit and we wouldn't do it a third time

Jill & George Mure opened Tasmania's first licensed seafood restaurant, Mures Fish House, in 1973 in Hobart. When they struggled to source quality, fresh, local seafood, George went fishing.
