Chose Flippers based on the large number of people ordering. Always a good sign. Ordered calamari and chips. A five minute wait while it was cooked to order. Excellent squid rings. Moist on the inside and crispy coating. Good chips too.
We were looking forward to sampling some Tasmanian seafood, which we had heard rave reviews about. This experience was beyond disappointing. Chips and calamari were OK. The flake was inedible - I’ve never had such dry, chewy and overcooked fish. Given the family pack was...around $32, I’d expected much better. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.More
Floating food truck located at Constitution Dock. Food is cooked to order so very fresh. Plenty of people lining up and seafood was fresh. Benches to sit on the dock available to eat your meal. Would recommend.
