This place had been recorded to me and I am pleased I left my friends to go find it. It was a little hard to find as its off on a back street and up some stairs. I had been told about the salmon burger,...so this is what I went for with the staff saying to go for beer battered chips - I would have rather the fries tho with the meal I chose. Delicious food. Friendly staff.More

Was really looking forward to a good burger.. alas it was not to be..money down the drain as far as I'm concerned. Milkshakes arrived first... disappointingly small for $6.50 the chocolate was a powder not syrup...and barely a hint of ice cream... the burgers arrived...looked good until picking them up ... bun was cold and obviously not heated or toasted...day old at best...anyway it just broke into many pieces making it very difficult to eat.. no serviettes on table ... staff inattentive..and only two other customers at the time.. the beer battered fat chips were over cooked and dry... inedible ...would have said a polite something as i was leaving ...however ignored by staff on leaving...won't be back.More

We ordered a delivery which was delayed for over an hour and when it finally arrived the food was cold. Also very disappointed in the quality.

Dined here Saturday night, 6:30 pm arrival. Upon ordering we were told it was a 30 minute wait for meals, no problem. Meals arrived after 45 minutes, seemed to be a large number of Uber eats deliveries heading out the door, obviously holding up those...that have chosen to dine in. The young waitress was quite rude and when filling cutlery, water bottles and glasses at the front of the restaurant seemed like she was trying to make as much noise as possible, literally almost throwing things from a distance. Food was good once it arrived but that was about the only positive for the evening.More

Great location, nice premises, friendly staff and a wide range of burgers to choose from, including a grilled salmon burger and vegetarian options. Affordable, but would be nice if ketchup came free with the fries, rather than for $1.

The burgers are still pretty good, but by heck, customer service has taken a dive. Advised on ordering it would be a 40 minute wait, (which it was). REALLY, 40 minutes for a burger? But....when you see how many Uber Eats they are doing, it...all makes sense. Sacrifice dine in customers, that have made an effort to come to your establishment, and concentrate on those that choose to order take out. IMO = bad business model. Don't think I'll be back.More

I had a chicken burger. Was pretty good. Could have been tastier but came fast and was presented well. We had burger rings and thick chips, I wouldn't recommend the thick chips because they are so thick. I know sounds silly but its kinda like...eating massive chunks of potato.More

Having arrived for a two week Tasmania driving tour we were after a simple and tasty burger for the first night. Burgerhaus wasn’t exactly what we were after. Good quality, not greasy and very tasty. Whole family enjoyed it and the location was good as...well.More
