Disappointed. Very expensive even with the discount pre-ordered online $87 to feed three of us. Myself and two teenagers. My eldest daughter had the Summer Lovin' which she said was not that nice, her fries were cold. She wouldn't eat them. Younger daughter had the...Haus Special. The onion rings were inedible, freezing cold as though they hadn't been cooked. 4 cos lettuce leaves in both of theirs. I had the steak burger. Scotch fillet was tough and couldn't even get my teeth through it. Battered chips were sizeble and mostly warm. Asked for salt. No salt. Both girls had milkshakes. Youngest ordered salted caramel. It was disgusting. The milk tasted off. I gave her my coke. The aoili was okay. We're all pretty miserable. The first and last time we'll order from there. Over priced. Over filled burgers. I had a double cheeseburger which was really good. What let this place down a little was the beer being more like cold tap temperature rather than icy cold. The sun can be problematic, so choose your seats carefully to avoid getting it in your...face (or the back of your neck). Setting and seating was nice. The chips we ordered were identical to Macdonalds Chips, decent portion but not worth the price. The $9 shake was not worth the price and the staff couldn't tell me what it looked like and quote "has whipped cream on...top". The shake was the same as every other place that sells it for considerable cheaper. The burger was so bland, I ordered the double trouble. The burger had the mayo in the wrong spot which ruins the chicken in most aspects. The cheese was pretty cold and it tasted identical to KFC. To be honest it actually was KFC... ive been here 3 times for takeaway. They are the freshest tastiest burgers ive had so far. Its always nice a clean , staff are polite and well presented. Ive tried 4 other burger places in hobart that were very sub standard so i keep...coming back hereMore

I have been to The Burger Haus previously but was very disappointed this time. The first Service staff member made several errors with our order and the other one who delivered it just stared blankly when we pointed out the errors. No offer to rectify....Several other customers had the same experience while we were there with inaccurate orders. The Burger was ok but fairly dry. There are so many Burger places now I won't be going back to this one.More

I left my burger completely uneaten. The whole thing was freezing cold. Even the patty. Surely that comes straight off the grill - How can that be cold? Unless they are microwaving pattys that were cooked before and didn't give it long enough. Just terrible

This place had been recorded to me and I am pleased I left my friends to go find it. It was a little hard to find as its off on a back street and up some stairs. I had been told about the salmon burger,...so this is what I went for with the staff saying to go for beer battered chips - I would have rather the fries tho with the meal I chose. Delicious food. Was really looking forward to a good burger.. alas it was not to be..money down the drain as far as I'm concerned. Milkshakes arrived first... disappointingly small for $6.50 the chocolate was a powder not syrup...and barely a hint of ice cream... the burgers arrived...looked good until picking them up ... bun was cold and obviously not heated or toasted...day old at best...anyway it just broke into many pieces making it very difficult to eat.. no serviettes on table ... staff inattentive..and only two other customers at the time.. the beer battered fat chips were over cooked and dry... inedible ...would have said a polite something as i was leaving ...however ignored by staff on leaving...won't be back.More

I ordered burger on Saturday night it was busy there staff was so unprofessional and rude as well wait for long time when I asked them about my order rudely replied it's busy you have to wait will not visit again

Ordered bunless cheese burger, bunless vintage and standard old mate with onion rings just amazing i would order again.

We ordered a delivery which was delayed for over an hour and when it finally arrived the food was cold. Also very disappointed in the quality.
