We create a family culture here at Cultura and let's face it anything Italian is always about love and passion. We provide seating outdoor and indoor including a bar perfect for coffee or quiet lunch from Tuesday to Saturday aswell as dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. Well worth coming back

Was so great for lunch I brought my partner here for anniversary dinner. Carpaccio was exquisite and veal Marsala generous and the quail special was beautiful

Awesome food

Had dinner Saturday night and went away feeling great. The staff are super courteous and knowledgeable, the lady serving us was charming and funny. Food was excellent, we had the veal and a GF pizza which was very filling and tasty. Good wine options.

Bellisimo

An authentic Italian restaurant. First class service from the wait team. Great menu with all the Italian favourites. All meals looked scrumptious on neighbouring tables. We enjoyed the best ever veal scallopine meals. And devine deserts. Our best Italian meal ever. P.S suggest you book...it is a busy restaurant for the above reasons.More

Wonderful attentive staff, lovely wine and fabulous Italian fare !

Wonderful service that accompanied great food. We arrived early for our booking and happily sat at the bar enjoying pre dinner drinks. Staff were informative and friendly- even recommending other venues we might like to explore. We will definitely be back - wonderful food, attentive...staff - wish we lived in Hobart!!More

Coffee mishap

We read great reviews about this place so we had to try it. On arrival the waiter was very welcoming. Our meals were amazing, complementsto the chef. After our meal we ordered 2 short black coffees , waiter brings out 2 long black coffees. I...said these are not short. He insisted that they were. Mmm coming from Italian background and living in Melbourne I think I know what a short coffee is. If I’m wrong maybe google it. Bit disappointed.More

Warm Happy Place to eat

Treat yourselves to an enjoyable meal. Upon entering we were greeted by such happy and friendly staff. Waited no longer than a minute then seated, soft and inviting ambience. Ordered drinks and food. Not a long wait then our food came beautifully presented and very...delicious. Music to our senses, we loved it. A Wonderful Italian Restaurant.

A good Italian restaurant is a wonderful thing. A great Italian restaurant is even better-and this is one of the best. Every dining experience here is superb. Wonderful food and great service. Lovely atmosphere .Highly recommended.

Lucky Hobartians can eat at Futura all the time

Outstanding Italian restaurant in Hobart cbd. Duck in rich jus and fabulous chestnut gnocchi, lamb backstrap with green olive salsa (my words not theirs) and perfect eggplant puree. Crunchy potatoes with whole roasted garlic. Brilliant. Nice ambience, courteous and capable service Lucky Hobartians

My wife said and I quote "This is the best Pasta I have ever had". Now, we've been to Italy and travelled a lot and for her to say that is extraordinary. My wife had the prawn pasta and I had a pulled beef linguini....Our dessert was Sticky date pudding. We had a great Tasmanian Pinot Noir to go with the meal. Yes, the service was exceptional, the food was delectable and the atmosphere was rich. We will most certainly be repeat customers when we return to Hobart in the near future.More

Okay but ranked too high

Why is this rated number 1? I don't get it. Decent place for lunchtime pizza and pasta when working in the office. So colleagues sometimes pop in. I do enjoy like it if wanting an good lasagna. But cannot possibly beat or come close the...top restaurants like Dana Eating House, Templo, etc. or even some of the local pubs! Very curious results....More

High quality, Italian style cuisine.

Good service, friendly staff, excellent menu with the option of gluten free. The food when delivered by an excellent waiter, was delicious I settled for the veal, gluten free, other’s had similar but not the gluten free variety. At the table some of the party...wanted the garlic bread, its presentation was different, as are most restaurants, but still delicious. The drink menu costs are similar to most restaurants, not really over the top. The cost of the food, higher 30s lower 40s, but you are paying for quality. Would I go back YES.More

An anniversary dinner to remember

Luke and the team made the night a truly memorable experience with old school service, schmooze and exceptional quality Italian food in a lovely atmosphere and setting. The ragu and gnocchi is every bit as good as it looks in the photo on the website.... Would thoroughly recommend as your first option for a quality meal when in HobartMore

Glorious risotto beautiful marinara. Tiramisu was up to usual high standard. Nice early birthday dinner.

Very nice food. The highlight was the chicken risotto which was creamy and nicely seasoned the marinara was hot and seafood was fresh

Fabulous food, great service

We were referred to Cultura when another restaurant we wanted to try was full. It was a great recommendation. The bruschetta was fresh, and perfectly balanced with balsamic and seasoning. The pizzas were generous, and the rocket, pear, Parmesan and walnut salad very tasty. An...Italian Chianti complemented the meal well. Our waiter was attentive and helpful, and the atmosphere was great. We’d be very happy to eat there again.More
