Overpriced mediocre food

We went here as they advertised as having a celiac burger. When we went to order they had run out of gluten free buns so could only offer a meat pattie/salads and the fries weren't gluten free so there was nothing one of us could...eat. We waited around half an hour when there were only two other tables in the restaurant. The burgers had way to much sauce and were hardly edible and the $6 fires came out in a dixie cup! The shakes were also small for the price, we received the shakes though they forgot about the water and the coke so we had to ask for these. There are definitely better burger places in Hobart this is way to over priced for mediocre food.More

The best burgers I’ve ever had

The best burgers I’ve ever had. Customer service is great and the location is convenient. I would highly recommend Billy’s Burgers. Pricing is competitive. We will be back again asap.

Great burger and pretty damn good fries.

Had the Classic Burger and the cheesey schroom burger. Both rated excellent by my partner and I. The hoisin shrooms were really well balanced in flavour with the slaw, i was worried it was going to be to salty but not the case. Yum.

It’s OK only …

Visited with family (2A/2Teens). It was busy but the burgers are at best average and chips possibly the worst of all Hobart burger places. Anaemic and under cooked. 3 stars is generous but certainly better burger places in Hobart unless you’re happy paying a premium...for the location.More

Delicious burgers

We stumbled upon this eatery since it was near our accommodation. Billy's burgers and bar serves mouth-watering burgers and crunchy chips, alongside drinks, local beer and other alcohol. Considering the quality, the burgers are reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend visiting, especially if you are near...Elizabeth Pier.More

Excellent Family visit

The staff were incredibly welcoming, then food was beyond amazing, we forced our grandparents to come here and they loved it so much, we may have dropped a sundae but the staff instantly replaced it. 10/10

Crap. Find a good corner store if wanting a burger.

The service was mediocre the food was awful. The kids would not eat the food. We should have gone to to Sush over the road. Last time I went there it was good but has gone down hill. Please give people a choice over brioche...buns and explain to wait staff how to listen to customers.More

Good

Good burgers but fairly expensive. The interior looks rather tired and just like a regular fast food chain. I ask one of the staff a question about a burger, she just said she didn’t know so o should get something else….she didn’t think to ask...the manager standing next to her?More

Burger ok

The burger was ok but the $7.00 Dixie cup of chips was cold. Would of been nice to have hot chips and a bit for for that price.More

Best burgers in Hobart!

Beautiful food. The attention to detail really shows. Fresh, local, quality produce makes a difference. Result = one of the best burgers I’ve eaten. I had the Billy’s Special and a Jerk Chicken. Both were top notch!!

Satisfied my burger craving.

Tasty! A really great burger for a good price. Lots of sides to choose from, beers on tap and cocktails as well . Nice place to sit and eat by the water.

Delicious

I really enjoyed my chicken burger, grilled chicken breast fillet and fresh salad in a soft bun. The fries are made with Tasmanian potatoes and were hot and crispy.

Best burgers ever

Looking for a place to eat in Hobart and came across Billy’s Burgers. Great little place with friendly host and great burgers.

Excellent burger food

I ordered a vegetarian burger with chopped mushrooms, cheese and some slaw instead of a patty. To be honest I never had such a burger before and I have to say, that it was really mouthwatering and tasty. Additionally I had some fries with ketchup...and they had a good taste as well! The staff was very friendly during my visit. I would return!More

Wonderful birthday celebration

We went to Billy’s Burgers to celebrate our son’s l4th birthday, with his friends. There were eleven of us altogether and we all agreed it was a great meal. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Billy himself was friendly and helpful. The food...came out altogether and was yummy! If had a very relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Billy’s burgers for a fun dinner or lunch.More
