Beautiful restaurant with stunning artwork and decor. Staff were friendly and helpful in selecting food and wine and made an effort to ensure everyone had a wonderful experience.

An absolutely sensational evening. Service was world class, food was fantastic, simply stunning! Everything from the moment we arrived was beautiful.

The service was impeccable, from our welcome, seating, waiter and sommelier. As we were celebrating, we were offered a complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival, before the waiter explained the menu. The sommelier was on hand to help make a choice from the very extensive...wine menu. The steak was cooked to perfection, just as ordered and the side dishes added to the experience. However, the blue eye trevalla in a lobster bisque was very messy to eat, despite being delicious. The very wide bowl shaped plate used because of the bisque did not allow for the cutlery to be placed on the side without falling into the bisque. The fish was beautifully cooked but the experience was less than pleasant because of the difficulty eating. Although delicious, I would not order again. Dessert was also very tasty, as was the whisky truffle to conclude the meal.More

Our meal at Landscape was perfect in every way: incredible service, excellent food and great ambiance. The dining room is spaciously set up and beautifully appointed. You can actually have a conversation while dining. The staff are attentive and professional, and our food was delicious....Portions are generous and the wine list is extensive. Best wagyu steak I have had for a while that was cooked perfectly, was mouth watering and melt in your mouth moment. All the dishes was excellent and yummy, great atmosphere for the birthday or celebration 🎂 luv the artworks

Landscape served at least one of the finest meals we had during our month in Australia, and that included both a "one hat" and a "two hat" restaurant about which my wife refuses to speak ... or permit me to review! The absence of "hats"...for this gem reflects poorly on the Australian food scene -- such a thing would never happen in France or elsewhere. Fine service that is timely without being cloying, a decent and thorough wine carte that focuses on Australian wines, and a comprehensive menu that includes a solid variety of desserts makes this well worthwhile. I'd argue that it is worth a detour. I would happily eat my way through the beef menu; the Paris Mash is a pleasant surprise; and the Apple Pie is superb.More

Food was very nice but unfortunately our experience with the service was average. When we arrived all went well, once seated the sommelier took us through the wine list and that was the last time we saw him as he was too busy socialising with...others,so the normal waiter got my drink order. General service was slow. At the end of our service the waiter May talked up the dessert menu which sounded great so we ordered, unfortunately the only thing that came to the table was our bill, she forgot to place our order and then tried to make excuses not apologise as to why this error was made. We just got up and walked out.More

Just lovely. Excellent food and wonderful service. The setting is perfect with low lighting, artwork of course and comfort.

We had an absolutely delicious dinner at Landscape restaurant in Hobart! The meat was the best on the island and the vegetables, sauces as well as the mouthwatering mashed potatoes! The sommelier was very nice and recommended a red wine which was a real delight!...The cozy and warm design with lovely paintings on the wall made the experience complete. Bravo!!More

Beautiful room adorned with beautiful Tasmanian landscape paintings. A short menu, with impeccable steak at the heart. The wine list has some real bargains intertwined with overpriced big reds for the swinging dicks, but the sommelier is charming and helpful.
