Waitress with long pony tail/ strawberry blond/brown hair was so rude to my poor sister. My sister left crying. On my birthday my sister had arrived earlier to try and get some balloons ready for my birthday- she had been exhausted at uni all day...and as she asked the waitress if it was okay to set up for my birthday 10 minutes early as she had balloons with her. The waitress passive aggressively said “yeah I’ll just tell them to leave” as she pointed to the group of people that were next to my table but not at my table. My sister picked up that she was sarcastic. Later on, as my sister was setting up the table she had asked if it was okay if she had a bottle of lemonade with her and she was told it was okay (assuming my sister asked whoever had been on floor walking past her). Later the same waitress goes up to my sister and asks rudely “are you done with that?” Pointing to my sisters drink widening her eyes. My sister was confused as she had asked before and told it was okay. Moments later this waitress tells my sister “you can’t have that in here”. By this point my sister was so upset as she felt the waitress kept picking on her. ( mind you this was the same waitress the whole time ) Look I understand hospitality I work in hospo too. I understand that you shouldn’t come in University attire, bring bottled drinks that isn’t from the restaurant itself and not look so exhausted. But my sister was so kind and kindly asked the whole time if what she was doing was ok. To this waitress: I know it’s tempting to be passive agressive of what you think is common sense- but my sister was rushing all day and she doesn’t work hospitality. I wish this waitress had just kindly explained to my sister what was right and wrong and not been so passive aggressive about it all. Just know that some things can be explained in a kinder way. My whole group of friends and I felt so bad for my sister and she had set up the whole thing for me. But she had ended up leaving because the waitress being so rude to her had tipped her over the edge. Please lady burra just teach your staff to be kinder to customers :) my sister had the right intentions! Just needed to be explained to her in a kinder manner.More

Lunchtime date in the CBD. friendly service. Good food and plenty of craft beer brewed in house. The tapas servings are sizeable and one each made for a very filling lunch

What a fabulous evening we had here! Friendly staff ,efficient pleasant service led by the Manager Gigi. Great craft beers are brewed here ,with wines & cocktails also available. Ideal for a casual meal or Tapas....& of course crafted beers!! The casual meal we had...was delicious & full of fresh flavours. Chorizo, olives & Ciabatta as a starter to share ,followed by a pizza....the combination of flavours & textures worked so well together in each dish.....delicious! Pizza base lovely & light. We were looked after so well by Gigi, hospitality at it's best ...would love to return next time we are in Adelaide....fun night thank you ! MissyMore

Quick service with good food and drinks. Impressed with the service and quick turnaround as obviously considerate that they are dealing with a working lunch crowd. Will be back !!

We stopped in for drinks and my partner was able to try a few beers. Unfortunately half the cocktails on the menu were unavailable which was rather disappointing. So we moved on somewhere else. If you have a menu, make sure most of it is...available.More

My friend and I went for a drink. The place is big. From outside you think its small but once you go in, its big. Very chic, staff very friendly, paintings were very detailed on the wall. Highly recommend

I'm not much of a beer drinker but there were so many to try here and they let you have a taste before ordering your pint. Friendly staff. Spacious venue, stocked off one of the main streets in Adelaide.

Back in 2017 I was at Lady Burra and thought a lot about this place. How 2 years has worn on this place. Disinterested staff. Food was bland and there is 2 inches of dust on the bottle wall. Interesting enough they no longer sell...pack product so why. Oh wellMore

This is a nice bar to have a drink. Located in the CBD, it’s a nice big bar with indoor and outdoor seating. I believe it may only be open on Friday and Saturday nights though so best to check before you go. Also offers...food too before a certain time. 2 min walk from Peppers Waymouth Hotel through Topham Mall.More
