As first time travellers to Adelaide my husband and I stumbled across this restaurant as we were staying at EOS. I am so grateful we did, the trio of steak that we shared was the best we have ever had. The service was amazing and...had extensive knowledge of the menu which helped us with our choice. I wish we had of had another person with us so we had room for dessert as they looked very tempting.More

There were 2 servers who were reasonably friendly and helpful, however, service staff were very cold to us, not showing any desire to be serving us, and we waited 10 minutes just to be given the food menu, and had to ask 3 different servers...before it was brought. When food was brought, servers were also cold and unfriendly. However, food (entree Pork and Squid, Main Scotch Fillet, dessert Cheesecake) was 10/10 fantastic.More

We were incredibly disappointed with our very expensive meal at Sean's. The service was poor, incorrect portion sizes, waiting 15 mins to order and topped of with band food. Maitre'd not interested in feedback - we will not be back.More

EXCELLENT FOOD AT SEAN'S KITCHEN Sean's Kitchen has been one of my favourite restaurants in Adelaide since l first visited Adelaide in Mar 2016. The restaurant has undergone a number of changes since then. The restaurant has maintained standard of food, service and ambience all...the time. I always look forward to eating black cod fish from Patagonia when l patronise the restaurant. The item is no more available since 2020. Our 3 Musketeers group ordered the Murray cod and black ink linguine for the main course, coffin and smokey oysters, parma ham. All were very good. The cod fish was fresh and well cooked. We had a very satisfying meal.More

Greeted with a copy of the menu - meals and prices, at the entry to the restaurant. We realised that it was given to us for quick perusal because the head guy wasn't sure we would be able to pay. We thought this person might...be "Sean". The food was tasteless and we won't be recommending this particular restaurant to anyone, ever. I would like to stress that the young waiters and waitresses were lovely and attentive. They could not do enough for us.More

Waited over an hour for food to arrive. We were told this was because they had a large function upstairs.Sorry but that is no excuse. Bread must have been in short supply as we did not get much with our starter of Jamon which was also...a meagre offering. Steak, chicken and burger meals were underwhelming as were the duck fat chips which were stale. Our male wait staff (2 middle aged men) were over familiar and sarcastic. There are Many superior restaurants in Adelaide so I won’t be recommending this one or returning myself.More

I visited Sean’s for a few times.I’m disappointed that Sean’s follow unfair, discrimination policy of COVID vaccination. My understanding and feeling that only strong companies could resist to unfairness and be in the Avantgarde of treating equally all people with or without vaccination.Your move to join...showed me that I was wrong, when I treated your restaurant as a Trend setter of the fine cuisine experience in SA.Looking around the world where European countries either eased or announce plan with set up dates when complete easement of COVID-19 restrictions will be accomplished, I recon your decision was immature.History will make its own judgement in a couple of years time. Thanks for yesterday experience and my previous experience with your restaurant.I won’t visit your restaurant anymore, because of your illegal COVID-19 policy. I rated my experience as 5*, because I can’t punish for the future wrongdoing.More

Went for dinner, food was lovely, service was great, we were rushed as second seating on our table, but lots of empty tables around us. And really not impressed by what looked like the head chef, not wearing a mask, all evening, just wasn't brave...enough to say something whilst at dinner.More

Booked to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary and the staff and food were amazing! From the moment we entered we felt very special as we were seated away from the other diners and we were given amazing service from our waiter. The discussion over portion...sizes of the entrees was fabulous when we asked if they were big enough to share between 2 people (they are) and also when we were talking about the best way to have our steak served. The proscuitto we ate was wonderfully paired with thin slices of sourdough that looked almost like crackers. The sides that came with our steaks were delicious also and the whole experience was wonderful. We were also surprised at the total cost of our bill given the price of the food, which turned out to be not that much more than we would usually spend at our local restaurant once entrees, main course and drinks were ordered. A highly recommended place to have dinner, just make sure you've got room for dessert, which we unfortunately didn't have the room for, so you can truly have the full experience. Although the menu boasts an extensive list of options for seafood and steak, there are other hidden gems on the menu to choose from which I'm sure will please you just as much as we enjoyed our steaks. Definitely a restaurant to book off you are planning a proposal, anniversary, birthday or even just because.More

Well to be honest I am not a big meat eater so there is not a large option for me on the menu. My personal tastes are no fault of the restaurant but at the same time I have to give a rating which is personal to me.
