I've just hosted a corporate networking function at the Gallery in the 2nd Floor Waymouth Room. It could not have been more perfect, and yet it felt effortless! Alex was so easy to deal with and accommodating in the booking process and on the night,...James had everything organised, ran through it all with me, confirmed instructions and made sure that everything ran smoothly without drama throughout the event. I wish all functions were like this! The cocktail food was delicious, plentiful, well paced and extremely competitively priced. There were plenty of crowd-pleasing vegetarian and gluten free options that everyone could enjoy. I highly recommend the 6-piece premium selection, which fed my guests with food to spare. The Waymouth Room itself is spacious, attractive and light-filled, and surprisingly soundproofed even though it looks like it has a parquetry floor. The IT setup was easy to use and worked perfectly. What can we say about The Gallery. From the moment we emailed them to host our engagement party we were impressed. Alex responded to all our emails so promptly and assisted with any query we had, nothing was ever too much for him. Although we...never met Alex in person we could not thank him enough. The day of the function was absolutely flawless. James was fantastic and kept us informed about everything happening throughout the whole day. The food was fantastic and everyone complimented how great it was it was excellent value for money. The bar staff were quick and no one ever had to wait too long to get a drink. We have had three functions here in the last two months, and each was fabulous. The staff are amazing: friendly, supportive and always willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Particularly shout out to James, who made each event run beautifully on the night,...and Alex, who was helpful and courteous throughout the booking process. The space is perfect because it's suitable for corporate events but has the feel of a trendy loft bar. Bonus points for having a great in-built PA system with speakers, any audio connection you could need, and two projector screens. Fabulous!More

This was by far the best venue for our sons 21st. Alex was excellent in organising absolutely everything right down to the very last detail and great corespondance. We held a function here whilst some Covid restrictions in place. The team were amazing, food excellent and the social distancing aspect didn't dampen anyone's spirits. What a great aesthetic, the renovation is fantastic - this is a venue you want to stay in. Will...certainly be looking to do another function here sometime!More

Hired the Gallery Room for a drinks party to celebrate my birthday. The venue was perfect, nice variety of drinks on offer and wer ordered a selection of pizzas which went down very well too. Overall the evening was fantastic and I would highly recommend...this place to host a function. The communication from the beginning was clear and prompt and it was very easy to organise. The staff were lovely and attentive. Once our time ran out in the function room they were very accommodating at finding space for us on the rooftop bar area where we continued to enjoy the atmosphere and a few more drinks. My partner and I have visited the gallery a few times before for casual drinks and a bite to eat and we have always been impressed with the location, staff, the rooftop bar itself and the food on offer. We have been in Adelaide for two years now (from the U.K.) and this is up there with one of our favourite bars. Thank you very much for a very memorable birthday party. My friend and I had a drink here. Staff friendly. Area was modern and there was section for drinks and bar foods and areas to eat food. Recommend for a catch up.

We had our wedding reception in the newly renovated Way mouth room and it is very clean and modern, literally a gallery! The tech facilities were top notch. New sound system was great. We had 45 guests and they could accommodate several configurations of the...tables and vegan options for cocktail food and for a sit down set menu. The food was the best I have ever had at a function. Everything came out right on time, meals were hot, no one left waiting. However it was the staff that made the night. They were so helpful, polite, attentive with table service, a glass was never empty. The event ran like clockwork we were told what was happening at all times and communication leading up to the night by the events coordinator was clear and helpful.
