Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A great little cafe in a cute old corner store about a ten minute walk north of the Adelaide Oval. Its coffee and beet were excellent. Staff were all happy and efficient. A great place to take a break and enjoy relaxed Adelaide.

This is a regular cafe at Adelaide. Staff were attentive and efficient, given it was not busy for a Saturday morning. Coffee was not very strong but still a good taste and comfortably. I had the French Toast and was enjoyable. Vanilla ricotta, caramelised banana,...butterscotch sauce dressed with candied walnut and raspberry. Not over sweet and big serving size.More

This little Cafe is a GEM of a place. Seven of us were staying at the North Adelaide Boutique Apartments and they recommended we go the The Flying Fig. We all went for lunch twice! Food was EXCELLENT with many different dishes and it's the...first place I'd go to if I returned. Service was superb. Thank you and congratulations!More

This is a regular cafe when I visit Adelaide. Staff were attentive and efficient, given it was busy for a Thursday morning. Coffee was different this time, not as rich/strong although still a good taste and enjoyable. I had the Challah French Toast and was...not disappointed. Vanilla ricotta, caramelised banana, butterscotch sauce dressed with candied walnut and raspberry. Was not over sweet. Generous serving size. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Did not disappoint.More

Over in Adelaide recently and went to have our obligatory breakfast at our favourite place - the penny should have dropped when there was no problem booking a table Sadly this little Cafe has changed hands and it simply can not and never will be...the same. The vibe has gone, totally heartbroken. Over the years Paul become the best host of this business and a friend - all the best Paul you are a true gentleman !!More

Three of us for breakfast. Busy little place so grateful to get a table. Very popular. The menu was well set out with explanations of the various items. Friendly staff. Warm lamb salad for breakfast - why not and it was delicious! Flavours were nice...with generous portions. Smashed Avo with poached eggs and Latka. Absolutely delicious. Chia and granola with poached fruit and compote. Decent coffee. Delicious Raspberry and Cherry Shurb - was surprising at first but cool and refreshing. Apart from a lack of air con (noting it was a hot morning), would highly recommend.More

What a treat this cafe is - yummy Jewish food, with great explanations on the menu & some wonderful specials. We ate here every morning we were in Adelaide, because we could enjoy such different breakfasts. I particularly like the omelettes or baked eggs and...my husband loves the bagels with smoked salmon. However, we both agree the special Middle Eastern baked eggs is to die for!More

Coffee: Heavenly Ambience: Beautiful corner spot in North Adelaide. No pretences, clean and cosy. What I would change: Absolutely...nothing USP: The middle eastern flavours, fresh juices, own brand produce available to buy Would I go back?: I most definitely would and I have!More

Highly not recommended if you are hungry and want high quality service. The service is not friendly and without any polite. Waiting 25min to take our order and another 1 hr waiting for the food. Guess something happened with the management as it is a...small business. Guest came later than us were all having their food for some reason. Definitely note five start standard.More
