8 friends for dinner. We booked at table for 10 and paid for ten people. BYO wine at $10 corkage, which is ridiculous as they don't even open the wine and don't have the equivalent wines available however, that aside the food was fantastic. Set menu for Chinese New Year. Very good size serves. All amazingly tasty and fresh. My... More

The food was lovely although not authentic chinese from my experience. Was all very tasty and fresh, maybe too westernised for me. The drink selection was a bit disappointing

One of the very few places to serve authentic Chinese food. Renowned for its roast duck, you can get the banquet consisting of the pancake with duck, duck noodles and duck soup for $50. This restaurant is a favourite among Chinese families and deserves so much more recognition.

Great service with family owned and run restaurant. Out meals were fabulous, costs reasonable and we would return.

We recently visited to celebrate a friends birthday and Ming's Palace was chosen for the Peking Duck. And we were not disappointed! It was a Wednesday night and the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. We had pre-ordered the Pekin Duck but I had the sense that you don't need to. But I would, just to be sure. Service was very good,... More

The place is famous because of Peking Duck. You also can find a reasonable variety of other Chinese meals in there. Service generally was good except of the final part where we have been waiting quite a while for the last change of meals. This may be a downside of the popularity. Meals were generally good, except of the last... More

Visiting Adelaide and staying in the same street, we came across this very busy restaurant on a Friday night. Walked in off the street and luckily they had a table for 5 available. Menu selection was very good. Service was also good, however, due to it being so busy, took a while to get our meals. Presentation was excellent and... More

Probably the best Peking Duck in town. Very crispy, good mix of flesh and skin and not too fatty either. The fortune chicken was delicious with crispy skin and all the juices was retained. Perfectly cooked and generous serving. Four people or more should share this dish.

Excellent food. It's a great place to book for a celebration dinner for 8 or more people - you can share dishes and feast on different flavours. Peking Duck is a specialty, and I always like to order the Deep Fried Tofu which is superb.
