Burgers were great, made fresh and really tasty
Quick service which helps with young kids
Sides menu was really limited however and with a big appetite you could choose fries, onion rings or a second burger? Additional sides or a slider/smaller burger option would have got me interested

Super yum and brilliant service! I really liked the way that Jayden took our buzzers and personally collected our orders and then made sure we were happy with everything. Delicious beef patty and my friends had the grilled chicken burgers which they said were yum. Thickshakes really good!

The Betty deluxe burger was mouth-wateringly delicious and all menu items are reasonably priced. Food is presented well, pair this with friendly service from Abbey, who checked in just enough to make sure we enjoyed everything, without feeling like we were being stood over. All in all a great dinner spot in Surfers Paradise!

Some dog on the bucks lead us astray with the vegan "Lord of the fries". After that insult of a burger. The next dinner we redeemed our carnivorous appetite with a true succulent burger delivered by Tara and the team.. Never trust meat that doesn't bleed.
The seating could be better. Mack trucks won't fit.

We first experienced BB in Noosa and loved it, so we're always keen to go when we see one! This visit didn't disappoint. We were seated quickly and staff were knowledgeable and efficient. Food didn't take too long to come and was delicious, kids enjoyed their milkshakes. Fries are definitely bigger than they look!

Absolutely delicious, that sriracha mayo was so yummy with the chicken tenders.
Chips and burgers perfectly cooked buns soft and tasty. The Milkshakes are insane!
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the menu pointing out awesome deals.

This was better than I was expecting. Fast service, friendly and great that it is licensed, and you can have an Australian wine or beer. We grabbed some dinner here after doing an escape room across the road. The burgers were fresh and the fries hot, milkshakes creamy and smooth. All delicious. There was a lot of staff on, and they were busy keeping the area clean and tidy. My only concern was there didn't appear to be anyone employed who looked over 16/17...but maybe they just looked younger than they were :)

Tried Betty Burger because it was close to the hotel. Was a good feed, burgers tasted fresh and meal came in a timely manner.
Served by Flynn who was helpful when ordering and polite all the way.
Now we are too full to move.

The store service was great! Food came out in a reasonable time and was delicious. Jayda served us and was very polite! Another lady from the kitchen was polite enough to bring our food out to our table while my partner was in the bathroom. Highly recommend

Had the delux Angus burger and not impressed. Can't see what all the hype is about, ,I guess you can serve up anything in surfers paradise and the drunks and party goers will consume it and think it was the best food on the planet. These burgers are nothing more than glorified cheese burgers from McDonald's. Can't even serve real chips, they use the same fries as (you guessed it ) McDonald's. $50 for two burgers and CUP of fries, sorry, not worth the paper there wrapped in. Your local fish and chip shop would make bettys burgers look like second grade McDonald's burgers, which is what they are !

We were accommodated into this bustling restaurant and our waitress Lila magicked up a table. Our burgers were huge, delicious, speedily presented and the vibe was really fun and loud and pumping. We looked forward to our visit and it didn’t disappoint

I don’t do fast food very often but I am so glad I visited Betty’s Burgers. Great burger and thick shake; fresh and delicious. Flynn was very friendly and his recommendation of a Betty’s Classic and a Peanut Butter Shake was a perfect combination. I’ll be coming back to my new go to burger place and keep up the good work Flynn😀😀👍👏👏

Average meals. We all ordered different types of chicken burgers and they were good, although nothing to rave about or to warrant a return visit.
Also ordered side orders of fries and onion rings. These were stone cold and very small serves. Yuk.
You basically seat yourselves, order at the counter and collect your meals. There is no service to comment on.
One member of our group described their meal as a slightly fancy McDonalds burger.

I recently ordered a meal for my family online, only to arrive past the time my order was to be ready. Then to be told my order would be ready in 5 mins and if I could wait in the waiting area. 15 mins later my name still hadn't been called so I proceeded to the counter to finally be noticed and then given my now cold and undercooked meal. Soggy fries, cold onion rings and terrible burgers. Really disappointed considering its was rather expensive. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Betty’s Burgers Surfers Paradise was a great stop for our family dinner whilst on holidays.
A wonderful waitress by the name of Acaxia looked after us and made my son’s night when she showed him where to stand (out of the way) to watch his ice cream being made.
Thanks for such great service.
