Awesome food and premium service. Food kept coming and people serving had a big smile on their faces. What ever we asked for was available one table. Would love to come always whenever I visit Gold Coast again. Price and quality of food all were...awesome. You don’t have to wait if you have booking. The food at this location is lovely and plentiful, and the to the gentlemen walking around serving the meat, bravo on efficient service. However I cannot say the same for the wait staff. Trying to get service is just an absolute nightmare & beyond a...joke. We arrived after 7:45pm when the rush had died down. We sat and watched wait staff attend to the same tables over and over again and when we would try and get their attention they would walk the other way. We sat and watched a female staff member just flirt with the male cashier whilst we and other continued to wait. This also happened to be our waitress. Super frustrating and so unprofessional. We went to order dessert and it took speaking to 3 individual wait staff and 45 minutes to get two little bowls of ice cream and two bowls of jelly. Trying to get service to get any type of refreshment was exactly the same. For a venue that could excel at ‘on-selling’ their drinks/cocktails, they lack any ability to provide efficient service to allow this to occur. Such poor service doesn’t warrant the 20% extra for a public holiday. It should have been compensation for the non existent table service.More

Best value and most delicious feast in Gold Coast. Not only endless high quality food but exceptional service and magnificent ambience. Also Brazilian staff provide genuine cultural insight.

The food was amazing. The staff walk up with meats to offer and they were tasty and smelled amazing, I wish I had a bigger tummy to fit all the food I wanted to eat. It was a different experience to the all you can...eat, as they came to you instead of you hopping up and walking the buffet area, but a good experience as you didn't feel like you had to pile up your plate and do the walk of shame. Oh my goodness, I have to talk about the amazing staff they have. Not only did they explain everything nicely, they answered questions without getting annoyed and included my 3 year old into the experience, especially with tongs. So patient. They asked her if she wanted any meat and listened and waited so patiently until she answered. They exchanged her plate and cutlery with these cute plastic spoon, fork and knife and an adorable plate and cup. She had a wonderful time. Passed out with the amount of food she ate. So worth the money.More

Somewhere just for tea turned into a wonderful experience. Seated & served within 10 mins. Happy to find us a table despite a close to full house. Great wait staff, great front of house staff, great atmosphere & delicious food!!. Definitely coming back.

Amazing food and friendly staff. Our 2 year ate free and the 'all you can eat' is well worth the price due to taste and selection choices. The staff were fantastic, attentive and all smiles.

My husband and I took our 2 year old after reading some amazing reviews and it definitely lived up to the expectations. Everything was delicious, service was top notch and the cocktails were amazing. I'm with some other recent reviews if I could give more than 5 stars I would service was awesome they were so friendly always asking how is everything and can I get you something more the food was exceptional I'm not sure what recent reviews...are talking about most of the meat not coming on skewers it was for us but naturally some of the food like chicken wings and ribs you can't really skewer and why would say this place is only good if you like meat it's a Brazilian bbq place! meat is pretty much the whole menu so you wouldn't come here if you dont eat meat This place bowls over another one we go to in the city it's cheaper, has more options and even includes dessert which is amazing! I recommend the slow cooked beef, the pork belly, the pineapple, churros and deep fried bananas! Also we loved the fact we came at 3pm and there was still an abundance of food even when it wasn't busy and when there wasn't something coming around we wanted they went and cooked it for us! will definitely be coming back this will be a new favourite of ours I only leave a review when something is exceptional or really really badMore
