I was taking some relatives to dinner and wanted the best place on the Gold Coast. Google sent me to Brazilian Flamenand we were not disappointed. This unique experience is not to be missed except if you are a vegan/vegetarian - simply do not bother.
The concept is simple – upon arrival, you are directed to your table, you fill your plate with salads and or vegetables and from then on you have various forms and flavours of meat delivered to you by the young Brazilian wait staff until you tell them to stop.
The meats include kangaroo, crocodile and all of the usuals. Be warned that some of the meat will be rare and if you want “well done” you may have to request so specifically.
The bar is well stocked and includes a range of international drinks with an emphasis on Brazilian cocktails and beers.
The deserts are not great but they are not the main drawcard.
The cost is a touch over $50.00 per person and in my opinion well worth it.
It is noisy and you will find that families frequent this restaurant. That said the music and meat make it a night to savour and remember.

We ate here for dinner. We booked a table at 5pm. From around 5:15 until the time we finished there was a great variety of meats coming around being sliced fresh at our table. The guys cutting the meat were all super friendly and made sure you had enough of each kind of meat.
The salad bar had the basics to go with the meat. Drinks we’re reasonably priced.
Me and my wife had to flip over our little tokens to say we were full after an hour. We ate around 5 cuts of steak, chicken, pork, crocodile, lamb, kangaroo, garlic bread and pineapple. We had to tap out before we got the chance to try the ribs. $53 all you eat meat was VERY well priced
Most of the steaks came out cooked medium rare/rareish, they also can be salted heavily occasionally. We loved how it was cooked and seasoned but may not to be others tastes.
Overall we would recommend this place to all our friends and we will be visiting next time we come to the Gold Coast

So much meat! In typical Brazilian all you can eat fashion, the wait staff bring out plates of different cuts of meat and more meat and more meat. The food is tasty, although try and be choosy with finding the cuts and flavours you prefer or you’ll find your full when something new or interesting is making the rounds. We found chicken rarely found it’s way out and even fewer times were the ribs (never did see the chicken hearts). At one point the table next to us complained to the manager about not seeing ribs and we found we had to too. There was a large table next to us who appeared to be monopolising all the food as it left the kitchen. Favourite flavour was the grilled chicken, although very salty. Not much of a salad bar to talk about. Drinks are okay but very expensive for what’s available.
A fun night out when in Surfers. Recommended.

6:30 booking on a sat night
Sat down after table prepared at 6:40
Took till 7 to get drink order then by 7:10 we decided to try buffet as all the meat was skipping our table.
Buffet was terrible, dry and looks like it’s sourced from a supermarket. Had all the usuals to form a salad including hot items such as chips and nuggets with some desserts.
By the time the meat started arriving (30 mins later) we were offered a fair few varieties including flank, lemon chicken, kangaroo, lots of bread rolls and pineapple.
Diners are squeezed in like sardines and we felt ‘shoved’ in a corner. The staff however were very kind and friendly and the dancers gave the place a great atmosphere.
I’m not sure how it’s got such great reviews?

Our visit was rather odd. Its hard to decide if we liked it or not. The servings of meat were literally single mouthfuls and there was a 20 minute wait between servings so of course you have to fill up on the carbs at the buffet section so as not to starve. Most of the meat was cheap cuts and chewy. Despite the fact I hate wasting food, most of the meat we had was not eaten due to its toughness. No crocodile was bought out despite being advised on several occasions that it was on its way. An awkward moment at the table next us when the poor flustered waitress dropped a glass and was more or less told off by the manager (?) all publicly and very humiliating for her. He did apologise to us, although he should have apologised to her. I would never go back and dont recommend this establishment.

Brazilian Flame Bar and Grill is a great place to enjoy some delicious bbq cooked meats and sides at a excellent price. I took my wife and 4 teenage kids here for dinner and we were not disappointed. They were also very accomodating for an extra guest we had at the last minute and the staff are so friendly and no request is too much for them. Would definitely go back again in future and we have weekends away in Surfers all the time, so it won't be too far away for our next visit here.

I'll start by saying I'm local and not a tourist. I was greeting by friendly staff and this friendly and helpful service continued throughout the night. The staff were attentive and even though I was sat next to the music act playing I never felt like I was ever ignored by the waiters bringing the skewers of meat around. Of course there were times when I was missed but if I wanted something specific I just asked one of the waiters politely and they approached the server and the specific meat was brought directly to me.
All of the meats I tried were perfectly cooked and seasoned and they all tasted amazing. I spent almost two hours there so I'm pretty sure I tasted everything they had to offer for the night. I wasn't the biggest fan of the garlic steak but that might have just been a personal thing.
The drinks were delicious, both beer and cocktails. My caipirinha was delicious but was so full I spilt the first mouthful on myself before tasting it... The flaming beer was also great and that managed to go down without any mess.
Overall my experience was amazing and I would highly recommend at least trying the restraunt to see what you think of the food.

We are a young family and locals to the Gold Coast and rarely venture into Surfers Paradise. We dined here on a recommendation and had the most wonderful meal! The meat was well cooked, seasoned and absolutely delicious. The salad bar had lots of options. We didn’t have much room for dessert but what we could fit in was fantastic - sticky date pudding, chocolate mousse and chocolate cake.
There was Brazilian dancing to entertain which added to the upbeat atmosphere. All of the servers were very prompt and polite. The staff seemed to really go out of their way to make sure we had everything we could have wanted. This is a great choice for families, groups and couples looking for somewhere delicious and lively to dine. A special mention to Matheus who gave our daughter a little present at the end of the night, she just loved it!!
Overall, 5 stars!! We will be coming back again soon.

Everything about this restaurant was AH-MAZING! The huge choice of food was incredible and they really mean it when they say ALL YOU CAN EAT! The value for money was truly exceptional & every member of the staff were so friendly & absolutely invested in making sure everyone was looked after and had everything they wanted. The location & parking is fantastic, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. I highly recommend this restaurant & will definitely be returning again 😍

First time and last time we go to the lunch time dinner.
If you are thinking of getting a groupon voucher for the lunch time deal DO NOT GET IT.
Here was our experience.
Barely any food coming out, the stationeries half empty the only thing that was full all the time was the salads. So we basically paid $39 to eat salads.
We did get served meat but was not cooked properly.
Have spoken to staff of our dissatisfaction and could not get a discount code for next time if we want to come back.
The staff is wonderfull however not enough of them and not enough food as I already said before. We really wanted picanha and was terribly disappointment with that we got.
Also no chicken hearts were made or cheese breed or garlic bread or chicken breast.
You need to do a bit better with lunch time deals and service if you wish to keep people

The restaurant manager Matheus made the booking process of 16 people incredibly easy and welcoming, he answered all my questions and got back to me promptly.
This popular restaurant was super busy even at 5pm on Saturday night but the service was great, the drinks waitress Isadora was particularly exceptional and lovely to all the guests.
All of the meat servers were super charismatic and knowledgable about all the meats they were serving and the quality of these is unmatched. The chefs know how to season the meats perfectly.
The quality of the side dishes was great and no one at the table was hungry by the end.
This restaurant is exceptional and there are a few things which we would suggest for improvements:
- Some of our guests with larger appetites were waiting much longer for staff to come out toward the end, approx 20 mins between serves. This would be alleviated with more servers on the super busy nights. They found they wanted more food despite "all you can eat", of course Covid time limitations make this difficult.
- The options for desserts were limited with Covid (not sure why?) but our guests still paid full price. The gluten free options for desserts was limited to only Pineapple, which was not sweet. The ice cream is not GF but there are many Gluten Free ice creams available
- It would be great if all servers knew straight away which meats/sides are gluten free instead of running back to check each time. Perhaps a guide sheet
We all had an incredible night and were allowed to stay longer than permitted which we were super grateful for. The quality of food and exceptional service is unforgettable and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends. I particularly like how all staff are Brazillian which adds to the authenticity of this exciting restaurant.
Thank you again for accomodating us so effortlessly, it was a great way to celebrate a birthday.

This experience was fantastic. Was unsure of what to expect. After being spoilt from great service by the drinks staff and the never ending different meats served by informative waiters, I left with a full stomach. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to experiencing the dancers next time.

We booked in here for NYE as we had read such wonderful reviews about the restaurant and the food.
If you are a meat lover, this is a MUST for you to visit. There is a huge variety of meat offered that is cooked in a variety of ways.
The grilled pineapple was superb and the salad bar had all you needed, but we hardly used it!
The service from staff was exceptional. We were constantly asked if we had all we needed and also what our favorites were so that they could be delivered as well.
We loved it and it is also in a great position, right near the beach.

Met up with some friends for diner and went into Brazilian Flame Bar & Grill. Fantastic atmosphere and even better food. The waiting staff came out and would not stop offering multitudes of flame grilled meats. Fantastic value. Awesome drinks great food good price.
Brazilian dancing girls to boot.

Food was delicious and constant but we could not get over how friendly and genuine the staff were throughout the whole night. Their customer service blew us away! We enjoyed every minute there.
We arrived with no booking and it was a busy Friday night (silly of us but we had just arrived from Sydney and were hungry) but we’re quickly attended to and booked in for the next available table. The meat that came around was constant and different each time.
The servers were so polite and were quick to bring us any of the meats we were waiting on or wanted seconds of. A massive shout out to our favourite server of the night, Caleb. He was just beaming with humbleness and positive energy.
Also a big thank you to Danielle and Matheus who took care of us throughout the night. Matheus even took the time to tell us about the store and how it started up and the signed Pele jersey up on the wall!
It was refreshing to find a place that not only served quality food but had quality employees. We highly recommend Brazilian Flame Bar & Grill for anyone hitting up the Gold Coast! We know we will definitely come back :)
