Went here for dinner on the first night of our business trip i must say it is probably one of the worst restaurants i have ever eating in. Menu looks good but the standard of the food is terrible. there where 4 tables in the place and we waited over 45 minutes for 2 steaks medium with chips and salad.... More

Coffee Is good. The restaurant / cafe needs a really good clean. Staff are not that interested. Has potential but grab a takeaway coffee.

Ate here a couple of times food always good and so is the coffee. Staff could smile a bit more. The manager very friendly though.

Well we decided to have a nice brunch down at surfers and were hanging out for Eggs Benedict. We placed our order for two and a coffee for my wife. We then did some people watching, that is watching people come in order then eat. How long do eggs take to cook. Then we saw others with Eggs Benedict get... More

Whilst on holidays we decided to try a new place for dinner & ended up at Billy Baxters. The food was great & the staff very warm & friendly. The size of the meals made it great value for money & between 6pm & 8pm kids ate free. We ended up taking some friends there for coffee & then a... More

We made the fatal mistake of forgetting to read trip advisor reviews before eating here and we really paid for it. First we were sucked in by the big sign saying "kids eat free with meals over $18" fair enough we thought it was written in big bold font and next to it was a range of specials that looked... More

The location is great. However so many places in Surfers try to present an American feel. The key word is try. The customer service is horrible and as an American we got the impression they prefer serving Australians. The coffee was burnt and the food was expensive and bad.

My partner and I popped in here for lunch today and walked out after, wishing we never bothered. We ordered onion rings to start which came on brown wiltered leaves and a drink each which didnt come till after our entree was served. My partner ordered a chicken burger whilst I ordered lasagne, although im not entirely sure what was... More

The service was well and truly below average. I received a clean fork wrapped with a knife that was still covered in dried sauce. I asked for clean cutlery but it never came, nor did a napkin. The entree onion rings were ok for a pre done item but the garnish lettuce was about as brown as a boot. After... More
