By far the best food in Port Douglas. Spectacular setting, service and food. Just can't fault this place. It's a special place to dine.

Nautilus really is amazing dining experience. Ambience is fantastic, you feel like you are eating in a rainforest. We had the 5 course degustation menu with matching wine and was fantastic. The service was extremely good. Overall an excellent dining experience.

We visited the restaurant at night, for dinner. The restaurant has a couple of different dining areas which all appear to be outside (although they have a system in place to protect diners from any rain). The use of lighting up the trees and the...More

My boyfriend and I came to nautilus almost by accident. It was way too far down the TripAdvisor list for top restaurants in Port Douglas. As soon as we arrived in this rainforest microcosm and had our first dish, the specialty oysters with matching sparkling,...More

What is the dress code? My wife and I are flying in from California, spending a few days in Port Douglas and have reservations for dinner. We're traveling light and don't want to take 'fancy' clothes we'd just wear for one meal, but also don't want to feel out of place.

Just neat clothing, honestly you could probably wear what you like, most men wore shorts and neat collared shirt, hop this helps.
