Very scrummy brunch with lovely atmosphere & very friendly staff. Great variety of food & drink selection on menu & cabinet food on offer too. We came because Google reviews said best place to have breakfast in Cairns - did NOT disagree with the reviews...👍😊. ordered double shot flat white, hot chocolate with Almond milk, hubby had the “Mumma loves you”, that has field mushrooms, bacon, sausage poached eggs, potatoes, tomatoes, relish & cabbatta bread beautifully presented & devoured! I got the Breakfast burger which had meat pattie, cheese, bacon, egg, relish & salad on a seasame bun - very tasty 😊 Highly recommend 👍More

We just visited this little café on Aumuller Road to have a quick breakfast at lunch time. We asked the waiter if we still can get scramble eggs one with bacon and one with smoked salmon no bread and two large cafe latte. Was not...a problem until we payed the bill. We payed $54.90 not happy. As we looked online on their menu eggs how you would like $10 and Bacon or salmon $4.50. That would be for the food $29.00 plus two cafe latte would be around $38.00 and not $54.90. And we are not tourists we are locals. Not going there again.More

For lunch in Cairns, I chose to return to Mama Coco's; it's my 3rd time here and I've never been disappointed. Green Godzilla bowl had brocollini, rocket, quinoa, brown rice, avocado, pickled ginger, cucumber, smashed peas and I added smoked salmon: full of sensational flavours...and textures, it was a very satisfying meal. Highly recommended.More

Divine!! I would go as far as saying I have never had a more delicious breakfast ever. I chose the smoked salmon, ricotta and pea frittata. Wow! The best part of the dish was the pickled zucchini - sensational! My husband had the big breakfast...and it was HUGE, delicious and such good value for money. Get eating here, now! 😊More

We stumbled across this spot while driving and at first where not sure. But as we entered the atmosphere inside was really welcoming and friendly. I ordered the “Mama Loves You” vegetarian option which was HUGE we took the rest away which was a great...snack while we traveled 😊 But yes the portions are pretty large so make sure you are hungry! The food though is super tasty and they have really nailed the home cooked meal with a twist of creative cooking. Loved the coffee and the staff where super welcoming and accommodating! Would highly recommend finding this place and grabbing a bite to eat. I just wish we had room for the cakes! 😍More

Mama Coco is known to provide delicious food - simple and beautifully presented dishes, and consistently hitting all the flavours to satisfy any cravings. One really fantastic concept that they have just brought out is the foodie passport, where every month there will be a...different country selected to explore new flavours. Had a nice quiet lunch for a friends birthday.Had the lunch special which was too big. I couldn't eat until the next day. Very delicious though and the 3 staff we met were all lovely and helpful!

Have eaten here a few times now with both the breakfast and lunch options and have a few favourites and each time is beautifully tasty and filling. All good produce used and dishes are consistent each time. Personal favourite is the Chilli Labna eggs for...breakfast and steak with potatoes for lunch. My partner frequents here for breakfast and snack goodies on his way to work and always great tasting cakes and muffins to be had as well. Only downside is I personally find the coffee a little overpriced for volume and have found it confusing to order at times. But only a minor thing considering the quality of food each time.More

Mama Coco is wonderful. The service is outstanding and the food is terrific. I had the BLT earlier this week and it was so good, the bacon really crispy as I had ordered it and lots of it! I can't wait to get back there....The place itself is interesting - in the middle of nowhere and very "mixed" - not posh at all - but once you find this place, you will never forget it! Yum, yum!More
