One of the best restaurant in Cairns, handsdown. Great Indonesian food with reasonable price. My favourite is the Iga Bakar (Grilled Beef Rib). And the staff is always friendly :)

I was craving for hot and spicy Asian delights when I chanced upon Bagus. As its name, Bagus had been a really good experience! Authentic grilled chicken (Ayam Bakar) and almost similar to what I've had back home in Singapore!

Authentic Balinese Food. Quality of the food and prizes are amazing. I absolutely love the chicken satay and the staff is always friendly and smiling.

Wow! What beautiful food at very reasonable prices! Nadi Goring Chicken gluten free was spectacular! So full of flavour , so friendly and welcoming, almost making me feel like part of the family- from offering explanations on different dishes, to being served with such welcoming manner. It is so great, I'm coming back for breakfast!

Saw this hole in the wall restaurant around lunchtime whilst walking along the esplanade near the mudflats with our young daughter. Wasnt expecting anything, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and price of the food. The Nasi Goreng was so delicious! Mei Goreng was so so. The drinks were sensational! Loved the mug of hot tea tarik and ice... More

Had the pleasure of eating at Bagus cafe today. Cairns didn't put on the best weather but the view across the Esplanade was nice and a great breeze. The size and decoration of the cafe reminded me of many of the little warungs in Bali. I had the crispy duck and my partner had a vegetarian dish. Both meals were... More

Food was absolutely amazing, didn't expect that standard especially coming from Sydney. Tried Mei Goren and it was real authentic.

Tasted just like meals we've had across Asia. Cheap, tasty, fresh. Hubby had beef redang, I had chicken satay.

My husband and I had lunch here today, a great little hole in the wall restaurant! We were served by a super friendly man. We ordered Nasi Goreng with chicken satays and Mie Goreng, both dishes were generous portions and delicious! The satay sauce was to die for! Would highly recommend for a quick lunch or takeaway, but not if... More

The Indonesian foods were good and portions were generous. Hit the spot on a rainy day in Cairns. It was a short walk from our hotel but we just ate there once for dinner on our first day in Cairns.
