While not air-conditioned there are really breezy fans over the tables inside. Reasonable price especially compared to nearby cafes
$20 total for B.L.A.T & large coffee
Many other nearby places the brekkie alone would have been over $20
Friendly staff, fairly quick service
.. and right over the road from Rusty's Markets.
Check they're open .. I think they close Mon/Tues as they're open over the weekend

Love this place. The food is fantastic and the prices are such good value. The variety of meals on offer is very broad, from savoury to sweet. Every meal is presented with extra little touches of salad or fruit.
Coffee is very good and the service is excellent.
Definitely the best value breakfast in Cairns.

Delicious Breakfasts many options, Value Value Value for Money !! Nice Staff
We could not believe the prices for these high quality meals, best Açai Bowl packed with beautiful fresh fruit, roasted granola, even had blueberries, bananas, strawberries kiwi fruit..
The coffee was also once of the best you will find in Cairns...
Only a small sitting area but don’t be deceived this place is worth coming for.
We saw the other customers meals hot cooked ones also looked impressive loaded with bacon/eggs!! Vegan and Vegetarian options also looked good.
Delicious Breakfasts many options, Value Value Value for Money !! Nice Staff Highly Recommended 💕😎👍

Had brunch here 4 times during our stay in Cairns and very satisfied with the food on every occasion.
Their coffee was good but the food, in particular the blackboard specials, were exceptional in quality and value.
Well worth seeking them out in Sheridan St near the corner of Shields St opposite Rusty's Market. Only open till noon.

Had brekkie in this little cafe not far from the main streets. My omelette was crammed full of salmon with red onions. So good. Nice little spot with plenty of choices on the menu. It seems pretty popular with the locals too. Meals came pretty fats and reasonable prices too

Thanks for the best bacon and egg toasted sandwich for breakfast today, maybe just ask before putting on pepper but still managed it.
Found this little place on our second last day, typical.
Saw the blackboard after i ordered …sad face….local black pudding, being Scottish i would have had that for sure oh well just have to come back to Cairns.

This place sits hiding a few streets back, but the food is amazing and this café should not be overlooked. My only complaint is that you are seriously spoilt for choice between the creamy eggs benny or the stack of fluffy pancakes smothered in chocolate sauce and strawberries. Its the type of place where you sit looking at everyone else's dishes coming out feeling food envy because everything looks so god dam god. Do yourself a favor and go.

Great Eggs Benny and coffee. Staff/owners were very friendly. The owner was even delivering food to and cleaning tables.
Soft music playing so you could still hear yourself think.
A customer's dog was given water and treats.😊

We stayed for 8 nights in central Cairns and had breakfast there every morning.
Beautiful breakfast special of bacon, eggs sausage and tomato with toast including breakfast tea. Lovely staff and water on table to start.
This is our breaky destination for every cairns visit😃

The food is really nice, and the service is friendly. It is great value compared to most of its competitors, and has vegetarian options (VERY RARE IN CAIRNS). Highly recommend! It closes early afternoon, but opens at 0600.

We arrived in Cairns and went looking for somewhere to have breakfast & couldn't be happier that we stumbled upon Pete & Paulz. We walked in, all 7 of us, and asked if they had a table. As the place was quite full I thought they were going to say come back later but instead we got, "do you want to sit inside or out?". We said inside and straight away 2 waitresses got busy putting our table together. Great selection of food to choose from. Didn't take to long to get our meals considering the place was full and we had 7 different orders. Food was delicious, good portion sizes and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend stopping here for breakfast.

Large selection of different breakfast items, seating available inside or outside. Friendly staff as well. We actually went here twice for late breakfast while on holidays. I had eggs Benedict which was beautiful, kids had pancake stack. Reasonable pricing.

Simple big breakfast 🍳 with great service and well priced , best value cafe around .
Would highly recommend.. it’s not a fancy place .. but who cares when you can get a Sausage ,Bacon & Eggs , plus a cappuccino... all for $15 !

A big positive wow! My partner and I were looking for a comfortable place to dine for breakfast that offered great customer service and good food. We were far from disappointed.
The team was warm welcoming and informative. Food service was quick considering how busy it was for a Sunday. And the food - excellent! Great portion size, presentation and taste.
Oh and the location is wonderful too - not crowded and you can dine in or out with lovely a lovely view (love the the touch of plant touch). Shout out to the bubbly girl who served us with a genuine smile (dark hair girl on the floor with double ear pierce) - what an asset.
Thank you team Pete and Paul for your service and hospitality. We will be sharing this experience with everyone. See you again soon!

My parnter and I stumbled across Pete and Paulz this morning. A great menu option, very well priced. I had an omlette with the lot for $15, beautiful food, fresh and well presented, but to much for me, even have liver on the menu. Service was excellant. Located just around the corner from Cairns Central.
