These guys are a bit of an institution, with a huge variety of fresh been blends and single origin beans sold by weight, whole or ground. Great for home or as a gift from cairns!
And if u want to try a blend out before you commit, the entire selection is available to order a coffee to go. Try a different blend every morning to find your favourites!
I buy my beans whole to grind and brew at home, so I wish they had a loyalty program that looked after their bean customers as well as their brew customers, but none of the local roasters seem to have cottoned on to that marketing opportunity yet.

We popped in on Wed 29 May 2024.
Coffee beans are roasted on premises - the aroma drifts out of the shop down the sidewalk! Irresistible!
They prepare coffee beans from all over the world, and roast to many different flavours - we had the Hazelnut flavour. Delicious.
Recommended.

The shop had a bewildering range of coffee beans (they grind them fresh for your coffee), and you can request your own custom blend. The names for the coffee blends are interesting! - I had Godfather 2 and it was delicious.
The shop has outdoor seating, and after the meat pie and pastry from the nearby Meldrum's Bakery, I was content.
I will return.

Heard that Cruze is the best for coffee. This is not true! The worst coffee I’ve ever tasted, burnt coffee. Then brought it back to get a tea and they used the same cup for the tea that had the previous coffee in. This is not the service I expected. I should have gone to Coffee Club opposite. Would not recommend.

This is quite literally one of the best places that I have been to. My friend and I are from the UK and arrived in Australia (Cairns) for the first time last week and Cruze just happened to be one of the first places we went to. The owner and the rest of the staff are phenomenal - I've never experience customer service like it. The friendliest and warmest people. We have been there every morning since and sad that tomorrow we will be leaving and so tomorrow morning will be our last visit for a while. Just the best!

Wifey & I stopped by twice on our trip and both times the staff were lovely and the variety of coffee on offer amazing. Quick and knowledgable service and every one we tried was well suited to our requests. There seems to be a great coffee culture in Cairns and Cruze are at the front of it.

This is an excellent spot for either hot or cold coffees. The best cold coffee I've ever had and not full of ice! Stopped regularly when in Cairns. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and remember what you previously ordered. Many many different coffees varieties of coffee to choose from.

So, one thing Cairns has is lots cafe. However, unfortunately most have poor service or poor quality coffee. Fortunately. There is a small gem positioned in the City with amazing service and coffee that is ...well just head on in see the team @cruze Coffee. You can thank me latter.

So many different beans to choose from, highly recommend the Godfather II and the chocolate blend. Great customer service, went back twice during our short stay in Cairns. Highly recommend.

Brilliant customer service and the best thing is you don't have to know what one you want you just tell them what you feel like and they can pick one out for you 10/10 definitely recommend

Great selection of coffee to choose from, served however you like.
The customer service is warm, friendly & so helpful!
We loved choosing our beans & you can choose whole beans or ground to suit whether you're using a plunger, espresso machine etc. We bought 4 different types to enjoy back home 😊

Superb coffee and friendly service - they really care about their coffee here. Lots of choice from open bags of coffee beans from all around the world, all labelled and arranged in order of strength. The best coffee I’ve had so far on my circuit of Oz.

We LOVED our coffees here. The three teenagers especially loved choosing their beans and really enjoyed the final result.
We also recommend the friendliness of the staff, particularly the owner who is a lovely and warm-hearted man. We would definitely come again.

Absolute must visit while in Cairns! Staff (I'm assuming owners???) were so, so friendly and helped us with coffee selections. There were all types of beans and several different preparations.
