I have visited this cafe before and the food options have changed. The new focus (appears to be) take away coffee and sides, both of which are very good still. NO SERVICE

Called in for late lunch. Stood at the counter where we thought to order. 2 staff no notice of us taken at all. Sat at the counter and asked where to order. Told they were "busy". We waited. 2 more people walked in and she...served them and ignored us. only about 7 person there shouldn't be too busy to serve 2 people with no line-up. won't be back.More

Poor Customer Service

There's nothing like being the only person waiting to be served and getting totally ignored by staff. Only to see a new customer entering the store, and a staff member saying 'hi, what would you like?' My partner walked out without purchase of food and...drink. He regularly purchases lunch and this was his first time trying this cafe but he will not be back. Unfortunate.More

Great coffee and service

What a hidden gem this cafe is, tucked away one block off Mulgrave Rd in an individual area. It certainly worth a visit, I did today and thoroughly enjoyed a cake with coffee, service was efficient and friendly. Apparently gets quite busy early morning..... speaks...for itself 😊More

Best coffee in Cairns

Out of the way so an opportunity to get out of the tourist crowds. The coffee is always spot on. I always had low expectations of decaf coffee until we started going here but now I get so annoyed that other cafes can’t lift their...standard. The staff are all very friendly. The food we have tried has always been great.More

Great coffees & cakes - made to feel welcome

Industry One was recommended on Trip Advisor; they bring good food & awesome coffee to this industrial area. The decor is industrial but the cakes, slices etc. plus the awesome coffee is anything but industrial! My only complaint is that the polished concrete floor &...trendy, basic decor echoed every sound & conversation. In my view, this is the best coffee in Cairns! Highly recommendedMore

Cool Vibe!

The only reason this cafe didn't get 5 stars is because when we asked for a menu we were directed to a wall and 2 countertop menus ... There was a menu we could take to our table sitting on another table 🤔 Coffee was...AMAZING and the bircher muesli was the best I've had in forever! Flavoursome, good portion and good choice of fruit. Glad I found you on TripAdvisor😁More

Nice place.

Hey it's worth a visit. The coffee is good but the raspberry and white chocolate muffins are to die for. The Lady behind the counter is very polite and welcomes everyone. Would come here again

Very nice coffee and fantastic staff.

The coffee is always fantastic and the staff are very friendly. The food is of a very high standard and most is made in house. Truly a great place to start your day.

Definitely the best coffee choice in Cairns!

I've been drinking coffee for over 30years in different countries around the world and all the States of Australia, the way I prefer my coffee is not in the barista's handbook [double shot dry cappuccino] but the staff nailed it! I was staying Airbnb just...around the corner, walking distance but if I lived in Cairns I would drive to Industry One to kick-start my day with what I believe to be the absolute best coffee in Cairns. Thank you and the Chia cup was yummoMore

Amazing coffee!

Great freshly brewed coffee. I like their blends and know they do it on site. I text ahead my order and then pick up - way too easy!
