As a meat lover, I was excited to try Bushfire Grill. The location is great on the esplanade near the Marina. We were pretty hungry after a day out on the reef diving so the idea of an "all you can eat" meal was great....The food is good, the selection and quality of the meat is excellent. But, the wait for the carvers to come around is long, they are very slow so there is a lot of waiting around and trying to get them to come over to the table. Thankfully we were saved by one of the Supervisors (Dani) who came to check on us a few times and in the end she went and got meat and served us herself. I also saw here doing this at other tables. Bushfire, you need to add more and/or speed up the meat service it really lets you down and changes the whole experience from fun to frustrating. Thank goodness you have Dani who took care of us.More

A fantastic restaurant, the fish was delicious and The churros was soo yummy, Love the place and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

Make sure you wear your loose pants because the food just keeps on coming when you opt for the three-course churrasco experience at Bushfire. And not only is there lots of it, but everything we were served was delicious. We loved tasting all the BBQ...meat (and pineapple), the sides were superb, dessert was great and the staff were fabulous. Such a fun night!More

Pineapple was amazing. Service of pineapple was amazing every waiter knew exactly what I wanted. So juicy. Had a good old laugh with the waiters. Had four plates of pineapple 😮‍💨👌🏻 -pineapple girl

What an experience! Brazilian soul BBQ with heaps if meats and sides. Picanha beef was just so tasty and juicy, Highly recommended. Waiters and Service just beyond the expectation.

We had seen this place on a previous visit, We should have known looking at all the "1 review" posts that there was something wrong, All just gushing!! We spent nearly $200 for 2 with a bottle of wine that should have been $8. The...food - in our honest opinion - is very poor. Dry and overcooked. When I asked for rare the server said he couldn't do that as the meat was too close to the skewer. We have been to these South American restaurants in Brazil, London, San Antonio, etc and this iteration bears no resemblance to them. When we complained about the food we were met with a shrug - Like what do you expect. The guy who took our money laughed at our comments. The couple behind us waiting to pay were angry and said they had been "ripped off". When we were leaving another couple went passed and asked what we thought, When we told them they said " a pity we did not run into you before you went in. We would have told you to go elsewhere. So take my comments for what you like but $170 for dry, overcooked meat, over spiced is not woth it. PaulMore

Finally we could dine in that restaurant last night after waiting for long time. It was a great night and tasty food and very friendly staff. All you can eat for $68.50 pp. Meat lover will have an awesome night. We will be back soon.

Absolutely amazing dinner ! We came with a small group of friends and were attended to throughout the whole night. Great customer service! The entrees were beautifully presented and delicious. The Brazilian barbecue was succulent and what an amazing variety of meat. My friend who...had the vegetarian option had many choices, which was a nice change to most places. Would defo come back ! Also loved the idea of the little coloured cube to indicate if you wanted more food or pause :D !More

A fun night of Brazillian bbq! Great for friends and family. We ate everything! Absolutely brilliant! 3 way tie between the pork, lamb and rump. Such great value for what you get!

A bit of theatre at the table, great ambiance, lots of food, make sure you arrive hungry and don’t fill up on sides! We’ll be back!

Fantastic food, excellent atmosphere, and just an all round good time! If you love meat this is the place for you! (They do have vegan options though)
