We have eaten at this establishment many times over the past 10 years. For the past 3 or so it has been rapidly going the way of the Do-Do (or Chinese Junk). Most of the criticism is around: Poor quality offerings; Lack of trolleys; cold...More

Group of friends were booked for an annual dinner. Firstly seated in the wrong area, then when moved it went even worse from there. Meals were 1 1/2 to 2 hours late and we were then served entrees and main meals at the same time,...More

So I should start out that I'm a native Cantonese speaker and been going to dim sum since I was a kid in Hong Kong, Chinatown San Francisco and various other major Chinatowns. The food was authentic and good. I was a little disappointed when...More

Average plus. Decent food. Drink service terrible - but this is normal for Brisbane yumcha. Staff very little English - so don't expect any help when ordering. Will return.

We had egg tart, siew mai, har gow, char siew bao, cheong fan, porridge & chicken feet. Bill came up to A$65 inclusive of $15 carpark for two hours. Recommend to try if you are looking for a yumcha place.

Although a lot of Chinese diners prefer the Sunnybank district these days, I decided to take my visitor from Hong Kong to the 'old' Chinatown in Fortitude Valley. King of Kings is still well patronised and we made a good choice by going for fresh...More

Big dining room. Lots of people. Good atmosphere. Carts were moving through regularly. Quality of dishes varied- some a little undercooked and floury, some over cooked and impossible to pick up without destroying the dumpling. Shanghai style pork dumplings were delicious and the highlight. No...More
