Despite the restrictions on space and the multiple (over the top) rules and regulations imposed on our small businesses as they try to recover from a lock-down that lasted 6 weeks longer than necessary, the team at Nostimo did their best to ensure it didn't ruin our night. All personal details taken over the phone so there was no lining up on arrival and we were shown to our table.
As usual, the service was friendly, helpful and welcoming. A good wine list with reasonably priced wines and a nice menu which should satisfy most requirements. It's a lot more than a basic Greek restaurant with grilled everything, although my favourite whitebait is missing from the menu and would make the 4 stars, 5.
The food came quickly and share plates are the way to go. The moussaka was perfect, the lamb just delicious and the calamari fresh if a little too salty. Desserts were good and with sensible value for money and parking on site, this should be a regular choice for any Brisbanites looking for good Greek food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic night out at Nostimo last night. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful with ordering, giving us great recommendations about the amount of food we should order. The ambience was great with live music all night. The food was very tasty; I would recommend the bbq octopus, calamari and the spinach, feta and ricotta pizza(apologies I can’t remember the Greek name for the dish). It was all very fresh and tasty.
A minor negative were the dips, the quantity of both the dips and the bread was disappointing for the price. And dare I say it, the slow cooked lamb dish was a bit lacklustre.
However, this restaurant exceeded our expectations in the quality of the food, the friendliness of the service and the value for money ($35 a head for a three course meal). I would highly recommend you consider this if you want Greek food and we will be back!

Dinner for 4 on Saturday 14th March at 6pm. We arrived a little earlier and were quickly shown to our table to wait for our friends arrival. Water was immediately offered and poured and menu's given. That was good as it gave us time to decide what food to indulge in. On our friends arrival drinks were ordered and arrived without too much delay. We decided on shared plates of mezethes which is the best way to enjoy Greek Food. We were also joined by another couple and the waiters without fuss provided a couple more chairs. The food was great, no complains and the prices reasonable. The restaurant was busy and I'm happy to say service was very good in view of their been busy. I am Greek and although I like new innovations with Greek food you have and must always provide the food that we were brought up on. I think this evening you provided that. Thank you.

Not your typical chips, Greek Salad and too salty char-grilled meats. The menu at Nostimo is well thought out and offers some unusual dishes as well as Greek favourites. The food portions are generous and the quality excellent.
Add to that, the service we received from Anna was efficient and thoughtful, giving perfect advice on what we needed and making sure we didn't over order. Her advice turned out to be spot on.
There's a good wine list at sensible prices and with the food, it's a very fair value for money with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and easy parking on site.
We'll be making this or go-to choice for Greek food from here on.

We have visited the Greek Club for many years and now after a gap have been able to come back to sample their fabulous food and service. The barbeque octopus is devine and the reason we keep coming back. On Saturday we were served by Alex the Great and very aptly named, he made sure we had everything we needed, offered suggestions and was very attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant for both its food and service.

We had a table for four outside on the terrace, the heaters were on so was comfortable. We shared dips & bread, calamari, chicken skewers, lamb shoulder, lemon potatoes and a veg side. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and we got to take away our food we couldn't quite squeeze in. Highly recommend this restaurant

Nostimo was a pleasure to eat at. We came here with friends and our kids. The food was great not over salted or oiled which was good. The favourite dishes of the night were the duck dumplings, the Greek salad and the octopus. The service was a little bit slow and was hard to get new drinks and slow to be seated also.
Still the food was great and we will definitely heat here again one day

I introduced 2 friends to the club for luncheon on Tuesday 21st January 2020. They were first time visitors. We had a wonderful meal of full mixed varieties, a nice New Zealand Marlborough Gris to compliment the meal, excellent service and a great experience. I have been a member for 13 years and always enjoy the friendly atmosphere in the club and recommend it to all my friends for a meal with a difference.

What a wonderful welcome we had at the Nostimo .
Alessandro the Maitre D has greeted us very warmly and has made us feel welcome just like we would feel somewhere in the Mediterranean .
The hospitable and warm welcome was accompanied by a table and waitress that we liked and a very competent wine list and amazing menu ..
As much as we love all the traditional Greek dishes we could not pass on the opportunity to eat the whole baby Snapper accompanied with lemon potatoes and a Greek salad . This is a meal we eat a lot in Croatia and it made us feel at home . What a feast it was .....so simple but so good and tasty !!
We certainly will be back here and herby wish to recommend this restaurants food ,service and pleasant atmosphere .

It was amazing and the dinning for my partner and I was just perfect for us and we really enjoyed the service. The staff were excellent, our sommelier Costa and waiter Alexandro was kind,friendly,caring and looked after us like super stars. We were able to relax and enjoy dinner in warm environment where the food was excellent beyond expectation. We can't recommend this restaurant enough. Thank you for a wonderful night!

Nostimo organised a fabulous lunch for 16 of us to celebrate my birthday. They set up our own table in a semi private section of the restaurant. They suggested a fantastic menu which included a range of foods that everyone could enjoy. Service throughout the event was excellent - attentive, responsive and cheerful at all times. I especially enjoyed the haloumi and lamb (of course!). Great value for money and lots of fun!!

Great, Greek eatery in the Greek Club. The service was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The menu is extensive with Greek favourites, some with a modern twist, and a choice of sharing plates or individual meals. The drinks menu offers plenty of Greek varieties of beer and wine, plus some Aussie favourites. We chose to eat outside on the large verandah which was cooled by large ceiling fans. The meals were generous, especially the lamb dish. Desserts to die for!

The food was fantastic quality but the serves were so small that we had to eat when we got home. My very expensive prawn main dish had literally 5 prawns.
There was live music. It was great but WAY TOO LOUD. We spent the entire night yelling just to be heard & when we left our ears were literally ringing.......

I organised a lunch wih twelve friends and we were all delighted with the food and the service. The staff were excellent - Anna and Christina with booking enquiries and particularly Sara, who looked after our table. The lunch was excellent value - $25 for a choice of chicken, fish or lamb, all beautifully cooked (I had the lamb which was so tender it fell apart on my fork) and it came with a choice of a complimentary cocktail. We also ordered bread and dips to share and they were delicious. The service was efficient and we enjoyed the Greek wines, thanks to Sara's advice. We appreciated the spacious room and the airconditioning on such a hot day and the parking area. Everyone in our party said that they would definitely come to the restaurant again.

Excellent food, good wine, excellent service. We went as family because I had my birthday last week and today was my daughter's birthday. The food was really good and we had a complimentary mango bougatsa which was delicious. I strongly recommend.
