All restaurants have a chef. Lamberts has the Chef. Since opening in 2011 the restaurant rose to become and consistently remains one of a very small number of Brisbane’s top restaurants. Marcus Turner conceives, sources and prepares the best eating the region has to offer. Ask any local foodie; there’s likely to be one at the table next to you on your next visit. Lamberts has built a reputation among Brisbane locals for the excellence of its cuisine and the warmth of its staff. We enjoyed our first dining experience at Lamberts

We enjoyed our first dinner at Lamberts. After the initial warm welcome, the evening improved to become a memorable experience. The meals prepared by Marcus were delicious and served in a professional and timely manner. The wine complimented the steak and the pork belly dishes...and was served with a smile by very efficient and friendly staff. Overall, the evening represented excellent value with the added advantage of onsite parking.More

Lovely steaks, brilliant service

Fabulous Dining Experience

Great dinner in Brisbane

Excellent dinner experience. We tried a couple appetizers (entrees), 3 different mains and dessert. Everything was delicious. We were pleased with our experience and were only surprised on arrival because the ambience seemed much more casual than how it was presented online.

Definitely our go to restaurant in Brisbane.

This was our first visit to the Point Hotel, on friends' recommendation. We had one dinner and two breakfasts at Lamberts and were most impressed. For us Lamberts is a low key, under-rated restaurant delivering the most delicious and well presented food ln a relaxed...manner but with a level of service seldom found in top rated restaurants. The staff are informed, attentive, knowledgeable and responsive under the caring leadership of Yvonne Paetz, the Restaurant Manager. Everything in the restaurant is authentic; all the plants are natural, the seating is comfortable, the tables are well presented and the colours are soothing. And all the staff are attired to suit. We will be returning in the next few days and Lamberts will henceforth be our go to restaurant when visiting Brisbane.More

Wonderful dining experience

Amazing experience

Great food. We had the zucchini flower, the barramundi and the pork belly. It was a symphony of flavours. Beautiful presentation. The service was excellent. Not good

I ordered the octopus and wagu steak. The octopus was 75mm long and bland . The Wagu was tough and rubbery. I came expecting to be wowed! Very disappointed. They did remove the cost of the steak from the bill, but still a poor experience....The staff were great and tried to fix as much as the could, My wife ordered the scallops, which were nothing like the menu photos and were overpowered by the sides. The gnocchi for the main was ok. The service was excellent!More

Best Steak in Australia

My husband and I have travelled all over the world and eaten steaks in every country we have visited. We both agreed the Wagu Steak that we ate as our main meal was the Best Steak we have had in Australia by far! Fantastic service and food

Staying at the hotel we made a last minute decision to dine at Lamberts The staff were outstanding and very professional and the food was terrific So much so we returned two nights later and ordered the same dish I would highly recommend the chicken....It was sensational A special shout out to the manager Yvonne. Her friendly and professional demeanour and her willingness to have a chat and get to know us and our food and wine preferences was first class We travel a lot and therefore dine out a lot.
