Food good but has become a bit tired. The customer service and long waits has really taken the shine off the experience.

The food at Willow Gardens is really good. It has a very traditional Chinese flavour. The restaurant is large and a very pleasant place to eat, giving an authentic Chinese dining experience. I specifically liked the Chilli Beef and the Mongolian Lamb.
Local small Chinese Food business that has been in the area for at least 30 years I believe. Home made beautiful food - steamed dim sims to die for! Flavours and tenderness of food just amazing. Went on a Tuesday night - very short staffed so very slow service but it was worth the wait

Have been here on and off over the last 30 years. Although the food has greatly improved over time, it is still the standard run of the mill Chinese restaurant, nothing spectacular, but mostly edible. I am intrigued by the negative reviews this restaurant has received. We dined in on a friday night - at short notice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mixed entry and serve of spring rolls were really nice - lovely and fresh. The Honey King prawns were so yummy and my husband had Chicken and cashews - he loved it... More
Standard Chinese food, nothing special. Sweet and sour was dry and rice was cluggy. Nothing to write home about. Will try the other Chinese restaurant next time which is across the road. Have tried their food several times over 16 years, It tastes like a production line, food flavours lost somewhere. No atmosphere, very small shop not suitable to eat... More
Today, Oct 8th 2016, I ordered: Lge St Rice, Honey K. Prawns & Duck w' plum sauce. I went to this place as the average rating on this website was good. After 1 bite I knew: the HK prawns were sapid sludge with some trinkit sweetener added. Disappointed. Then I tried the Duck! I could not tell if it was... More
