We’ve been staying at the Brisbane Marriott hotel for a few weeks and have eaten both at the hotel and outside. Motion Dining matches many great places to dine in Brisbane, the menu, quality of food and the service are all very good and at...a fair price. Try it.More

Over rated food. Service started well but could not keep up as the restaurant became busy. Parking is difficult around the place, costs $35

Our group of 4 enjoyed our dinner meals here. Service was attentive though one of the the orders was mucked up when an incorrect meal selection was served. The quality of the produce served was pleasing. Prices though are at the higher CBD range. Food...presentation was very good. The venue was half full on a Saturday night which actually meant a more pleasant extended meal without the often too noisy ambience of some other venues. We would recommend a return visit.More

Motion Dining is a restaurant with a bar attached inside the Marriott Brisbane. We're normally a little [put off by an attached bar, but when we looked more closely we found that we were able to be seated away from the bar and associated noise,...and ended up very much enjoying the evening. The food and service were both great, and I'd recommend this venue to anyone looking for a mid-range dining experience.More

Breakfast buffet was very ordinary. Hot food was cold. Eggs unpalatable; looking around it seems everyone left the scrambled eggs on their plates. Very cramped space for the number of people in the dining room. Not a positive experience.

We went there for buffet breakfast this morning, the food was great and the service was amazing. Ranbir was greeting us and arranging a nice table, Ly at the bar also offered us a yummy milkshake. Santosh, Christine, Danielle, Susan and Anna were always checking,...cleaning table and making sure we were happy with everything. They were all so nice and sweet! Furthermore, the Concierge Team was very helpful and friendly (Johnny, Johnathan and the other two) Overall, it was a very friendly, attentive and professional service. Had the pleasure of dining at Motion Dining for Valentines Evening. Had the seafood buffet. Food was lovely & fresh. Tasty prawns, however the bugs did not have any flavour. Staff were very attentive & friendly. Atmosphere was lovely for Valentines. Tables were decorated &...they even provided heart shaped chocolates. Happy to dine here again.More

We (two couples) went to Motion Dining for the 5pm sitting for Valentines Day Seafood Buffet. All of us found the buffet and service excellent. There was a wide variety of fresh seafood--oysters, bugs, prawns, oysters Kilpatrick, seafood salads, seafood chowder, smoked salman, and the...food was plentiful. There were many hot dishes as well for non-seafood tastes. The desserts were too many to try all but our ice cream connoisseur tried all 5 flavers of gelato and ice cream and was suitably impressed. The service was prompt and friendly from everyone from the time we walked in and had a drink at the bar until we left 2 hours later, well sated. We all enjoyed this very special experience and will be back.More

Such a disappointment. We were a large group which pre-ordered a buffet lunch before Xmas. The food was so ordinary it was ridiculous. The "caesar salad" was lettuce with a bottle of oversweet vinaigrette dressing beside it, no egg or bacon or anchovies or caesar...dressing. Meat portions were tiny. The desserts were bite size and forgettable. My advice, don't bother.More

We had such a lovely Xmas buffet Lunch at the Marriott Motion Dining Restaurant yesterday. Seafood was Amazing as was the plentiful roasts, ham and assortment of salads and roast Veges . Our very friendly waiter Ranbir was great also making sure our champagne glass...was always filled up and fresh plates and cutlery was replaced . Had a little chat with Santa and we were made so welcome by all the staff there as we were dining by ourselves. It was such a wonderful day and we certainly be back ! Thank youMore
