Tartufo’s menu is classic Italian! Inspired inspired by chef & owner Tony Percuoco's home town, Naples, and the surrounding regions of Tuscany, Umbria and Abruzzo, each decadent dish is designed to achieve visual beauty, texture, acidity, balance and enjoyment! Our dishes are created around fresh, seasonal and local produce as much as possible and source many of our ingredients from a radius of 200km from Brisbane. Due to seasonality, dishes you might have enjoyed on the menu one day may not be there the next time you visit although some menu items stay on and on and on! We are able to control most of the ingredients used so please convey your requirements to our staff upon booking. Dietary requirements will be catered for, just please advise our friendly team!

We had the banquet, they are extremely generous with portions and the food was so delicious! We are so stuffed and highly recommend only diners with the largest appetites to eat a banquet here. The pastas here are easily the best I’ve had.
The Dark Chocolate Fondant was just perfect.

Quite a gem in an otherwise "cold" business district. I had the rigatoni alla salsiccia which came in perfectly cooked and well flavoured. I really felt like I was in Italy. The server gave recommendations of wine and it was the absolute perfect match (Sardinian Costera) with the dish. The only thing I did not like, which I guess is quite european, is that the noiselevel is too high due to hard surfaces and the aircondition is running too cold to my taste. Apart from that it was a very good experience.

We visited with friends and had the 6 course mixed degustations menu. The food was beautifully prepared and of good quality but for the $95 each was just a little uninspiring. However we did enjoy it and left feeling full.
The restaurant itself is noisy due to it popularity and we found it difficult to converse freely and easily, it was even difficult to hear the waiters!
Overall we would recommend it but suggest sticking to the main menu items.

Have been here many times and have recommended it to many.
The last two lunches have been disappointing - the earlier event the food was dry and with out the sauce would not have been edible tough meat which shouldnt occur in this setting.
The last time - 11th November we both had the lamb and it also was dry but at the end on checking the bill, after paying and thinking it was rather expensive, I found we had been charged for 3 such meals not two!
Bringing this to notice at the desk - as we had already paid - a lady was summoned and the bill was corrected, but not a word of apology and a look of astonishment as if we were to blame.
Sorry but you have lost us .

Unimpressive Italian food, which is expensive and forgetful. The starter I had Mozzarela di Bufala was quite tasteless a land needed salt adding. The pear that accompanied it was also tasteless and extremely underripe which made the dish even worse. The candied walnuts was about the only thing that tasted nice on that plate.
Thankfully the Bistecca alla griglia saved the evening with it being deliciously cooked and the quality and taste was excellent. The mushrooms tasted like they were out of a can and they were put to one side as they had a bitter aftertaste. I ordered verdure as a side and that as well was so underwhelming and tasteless. Thankfully the jus of the meat gave it extra taste.
If I lived in Brisbane, I would never go back here again. What a disappointment

One of our favorites. Never disappoints. The Burrata with Fresh Peaches was sublime, the Arancini was oozy cheesy heaven, the Diavola Pizza was perfection, and the Fettucine Fungi was simply delicious! The service was faultless. We had a beautiful night and were reminded why despite so many new restaurant offerings in Brisbane, we keep coming back to Tartufo. Thank you x

Had very high hopes for this Restaurant only to left be very disappointed! Service was non existent, after we received our drinks we did not see the waiter return. After 30 mins we decided to try and get her attention so we could order our food!!! Garlic bread burnt and not really edible, no garlic or rosemary flavour whatsoever as advertised. Just burnt bread. Bruschetta very average, had much better at local pub! Lamb ragu pasta was terrible, tasteless, watery and basically no lamb. One of the worst dishes I have had in a long time. Will not return nor recommend. Very disappointed as we booked for a special dinner.

A few weeks ago my husband and I attended a 40th birthday for our son at this incredible restaurant. There were six children aged from 2 to 11 and 8 adults, and this was the most perfect family celebration. The food was amazing, even a separate banquet for the kids (which the adults couldn't resist either, especially the arancini balls). When it was time for the adult banquet, one of the pasta dishes that was served was THE most amazing pasta I have ever had in my life...including in Italy. Freshly made pasta with truffles, mushrooms and black pepper. It was divine.
But more than the food was the service and hospitality we received. The kids were treated to a special visit to the kitchen to watch their desserts being made. It was a highlight of the night.
I can't wait to return and couldn't recommend this amazing restaurant highly enough, whether for a group function or a special dinner for two.

A group of 8 of us dined to celebrate my birthday and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
All of the staff were brilliant. They were friendly, attentive and also enjoyed having some fun with us along the way. None more so than chef and owner, Tony, who was excellent.
With half of our party vegan and half most certainly not, we opted against ordering specific dishes from the menu. Instead, Tony came and had a chat with us (and did so again several times during the meal) and brought out a series of dishes he recommended for us. Half the table had a few vegan courses - which they raved about - and half the table had dishes with some of the most delicious prosciutto, veal and Italian pork sausage.
I’d been craving a great Italian meal for my birthday dinner and Tartufo was faultless, right down to the birthday desserts and limoncello at the end.
Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

The best Italian restaurant in Australia. Traveling from Chicago I was looking for a good Italian restaurant, I found a great one here. The pizza is authentic, and if your from Napoli it will bring tears to your eyes remembering the pizza in Naples.

Rabbit ragu and stuffed quail - Matteo our waiter recommended the chef's specials and he delivered on the promise. Outstanding food and atmosphere and wine recommendations by the glass were exceptional. Service here is an experience in itself - give yourself up to their expertise and allow time to enjoy, trusting in the fact that this team knows exactly what fine food and a genuine welcome dining experience look and feel like. On our weekend away we sought out and experienced some first-class dining, but this would have to be my number one pick. This is now on my top 5 fav dinining spots in QLD.

Last night we were taken by friends to this restaurant and I can not rate it more highly.
All good was fantastic fresh, tasty and such good quality. Traditional Italian with plenty of flavour.
Only downside is no kids menu although my son thoroughly enjoyed his meatballs he could not finish a full serve and was a little of a waste.
Pizzas are thin but full of flavour
Pasta cooked perfect and packed with deliciousness
Desserts were so yummy we had 4 and all tasted each others so good!!!

We had a magical Anniversary dinner last night at Tartufo.
Not only was the food delicious (shared set Menu for 2), the staff were warm and welcoming and went that extra bit more despite being very busy.

Had read the Trip Advisor reviews so we were all looking forward to our meal. Greeted warmly on arrival, served water and that was all we had for over an hour. It looked to be pretty full and it was so noisy we could not hear the waiter when he did finally arrive to take our drink and food orders. What was most disappointing was seeing the table next to us arrive 30 minutes after we did and receive their entrees and mains before our drink and food orders had been taken. Food was nothing extraordinary so we left as soon as we could. Not what we had expected or hoped for- disappointment all round.

Not many fine dining places are open on a Sunday night, but I had been recommended Tartufo, and I am thankful to my friend for recommending it. Walking in we were greeted warmly and led to our table in the back corner of the 1920's New York decorated space. Our waiter for the evening was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We chose three appetisers to share (highly recommend the smoked mozzarella, salted cod balls, and arancini), and for mains we had buffalo mozzarella (fantastic), the moreton bay bugs fettucini (delicious), and the lamb rump (huge size but slightly disappointing). Cocktails went down well, as did the panna cotta, sfogliatella, semifreddo, and chocolate fondant for dessert. Look forward to another visit!
