1 wouldn’t waste my time, for some reason tattooed people are a danger. Hopefully the place goes broke, it’s 2022 not 1990. My jeans cost me more than some of the cheesy people allowed in.

Beautiful venue, but service and food was sub-standard for the price. One waiter was incredibly rude, told us the dessert was ‘complimentary’ and we ‘should be grateful.’ Go there for a drink but don’t do the expensive lunch graze.

If you want to be intimidated and treated without any sort of respect, welcome to visit Cloudland. This security man refused entry after I told his "you are rude". This place supposed to be fairy fancy so I do except nicer treatment. I would treat...an animal better that this guy treats customers. At the end he is not loosing money, Cloudland is. Saturday night, half empty club with crappy music and $10 entry fee. No, thank you. Never again. All of our friends visited another venue. :) Non of the security guys wear a mask, not following covid restrictions.More

We had a wonderful time enjoying the smooth sounds of Swing Central and the effervescent and entertaining BeBe Gunn at the Big Band Cabaret Dinner at Cloudland in October. Went here for mid week meal when visiting Brisbane with Wife. Had Mushroom pizza and Braised Short Rib Pasta which were both excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

New Year's Eve “ Up with the Stars dance” 🙄 Maybe it was our miss-understanding, we were under the impression for $230 per person, our four-person group had been allocated a table, wrong, free for all. Battling for a place on a bench all night...😡 We were under the impression the food could be eaten in an orderly fashion at our tables, instead of a free for all “ seagulls on a hot chip “ event , at the dumplings and ham slider section , I kid you not , twenty deep to get served out of cardboard containers. We were under the impression we could have easily got bar service, but over 1/2 hour after shuffling forward five deep all night. This is a rave party “ duff duff music that is so loud no conversation is possible, now if this is your thing, you would have had a memorable night as the youth got more drunk and bad-mannered. Just a warning for those of you who like a more refined New Years Eve event😏 If I didn’t know better, I’d swear this was oversold to get maximise profit🤔More

I bought an online ticket for the New Years at this club. However, I wasn’t allowed inside as the security’s told me they needed my passport. So I went all the way home and came back with my passport and showed it to the lady....She told me to apologise to her for not bring my passport the first time. I said I won’t be able to do that as I have not done anything wrong. Then, she didn’t let me and gf into the club since I didn’t apologise to her. On top of the security ladies where shouting at us, mostly asians as if we were getting into the club for free. This was the very first time here in Queensland that I have felt discrimination because of who we were. All in all, I would never visit the club and as I have lost my money as well as my pride just to go to a club to celebrate my New Years ☹️More

Had a friends birthday party upstairs in the lounge areas and it was awesome even with the sitting rules. Ali greeted us and was so accommodating and friendly with everything we needed even though she had lost her voice the poor thing :-( and constantly...made sure we were happy and having fun even though it was obvious she was super busy running around handling everything like a absolute boss (give that girl a raise!) and to add to everything else she helped and looked after our friend who got a bit drunk getting her water and making sure she was okay even making sure she had a safe way home, she genuinely cared what a sweetheart 10/10 great night CloudlandMore

As a first time diner at this restaurant, I would not hesitate again for different dishes. The central valley location, nicely decorated interior, good volume of the music, all made it a nice experience. My experience was so bad that I took the time to write a review. Rude and disrecpecful security staff specially for someone who is not intoxicated. I was at the ladies toilets and one security person opened the toilet door where I was putting up...my bodysuit and pointed his torch against me. He apologised, I'm guessing I didn't locked it properly and I can understand the security reasons behind it but that doesn't make it less awful, he saw me half naked and this person was also checking the toilet all night long, the same way. Once outside, the floor was already empty and people were in the ground floor, I started looking down to spot my friends as my phone was flat and I was tbe designated driver, I needed to find them. Security guy No. 740 working on the night shift of Saturday Nov. 23rd started yelling at me, asking me to leave, I told him I just needed a minute to spot my friends, he came so close to my face that I needed to put my hands between us to stop him, he repeatedly said "Stop giving me that attitude Miss", all in threatening tone and way to close to my face. I said to him I wasn't drunk at all and explained I just needed to spot my friends very quickly. I felt so nervous and threatened, I tried to calm him down as his body language told me he was ready to take me downstairs in a violent way and this behaviour can be backup by the security company and venue just by saying that I was intoxicated and he was just doing his job. It is very easy to distinguish between an intoxicated person and someone who is clearly not. Violation of my privacy and abuse of power by your security company is how I would catalog the incident.More

A fancy place ehich was never busy. Drinks okay price and a cool atmosphere with many attractions. Not sure what it's meant to represent but looks good anyhow. Great cocktails

A wonderful eclectic decor embraces your eyes as you walk in, and carries you away like the internal waterfall that flows in the background. We went for the big band show and weren’t disappointed by the show and the food. What an experience!
