Family friendly, good variety of food for breakfast. Good service during busy breakfast times. Shout out to Sam for his friendly service.

I had breakfast 2 days in a row and the staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure dining there.

One of the worst dinner meals I have had in a long time. Overpriced and overdone steak. French names used to justify the price of what was basically steak and chips for $45! Then breakfast was not much better as I was eventually served an...unripe avocado sliced with cold poached eggs and spinach! I had another upcoming booking with Novotel in another city I just cancelled as the standards have dropped. Very disappointing given I'm a Silver Accor member.More

We dined here on Valentines evening & had a wonderful meal. The food was amazing . The scallop entree was Devine & the steak cooked to perfection. The staff are always friendly & attentive & go above & beyond to ensure you have the best...experience. We chose this as its rated #1..... while a lovely experience, it is not. It's bizarre it has made it so somehow. The staff are lovely. The setting in a hotel foyer, not extraordinary. The drinks limited- no cocktail menu even. The food- sufficient. Very...homestyle. Not spectacular. And very limited. When you consider what the food World is offering, as an avid foodie hunter, this is not on my return list and I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for an amazing night out.More
