This Club just keeps improving; from the welcome at the desk, to the friendly bar staff, helpful restaurant staff and courtesy bus drivers. Our family (including 2 with Coeliac Disease and 1 gluten intolerant) love coming here - the variety of gf food is great...and they have a dedicated gf fryer. Inge is amazing - so customer focussed and helpful. Bec is always cheerful and helpful. The live shows the club organise are great quality and the staff are efficient and friendly.
I have rated only 4 stars, as the food is a bit expensive for the size of the meals in the Steakhouse Restaurant.More
Terrible meal small quantity and cold when I received it very overpriced for the quality of the meal
The price of alcohol has risen out of control and a hew card system has been introduced to try and justify the increase.
The only ones that...benefit from this is the high rollers.
I hope everyone remembers the board members they elected who voted for this and hold them accountable at the next agmMore
I call in at the Redlands club from time to time as it is convenient to where I live.
The fare is staple pub/club menu with nothing too exciting.
They have some specials during the week which are OK but fairly pedestrian.
The tap beer...is good but the coffee is quite ordinary.
The staff are very friendly and engaging, probably the best part about the place.More
I was very scathing about this club a few months ago but they sure have improved the place over the last few months. New decor really good fresh food and decent music..a real band for a change rather than the karaoke box queens they usually...have..compliments to management...I might start going regularly againMore

Hi Dave, thankyou for your review!
We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the new Club's facilities and our entertainment offerings. I will pass on your comments and we look forward to welcoming to the Club again soon.
Have been a member of this club and the food and menu choices were great. But unfortunately a new chef was taken on some months back and now not only has the whole menu for nighttime changed, the quality of the meals have gone down.Prices on...some meals have also increased. So until things change we will not be eating at this club. Its a real shame as its is a good club. The patronage has dropped a lot. From a packed steakhouse ,it's very sparse with patrons. The staff are all lovely, and I feel for them as they have to cop the complaints. I do hope the steakhouse chances.More
My Fiancé and I just grabbed a chicken parmy and steak sandwich deluxe. The steak sandwich was disappointing. Besides being dryer than the QLD outback in this drought only half of the sandwich had steak on it. The dismal amount on one side was less...than the onion. It’s enough to put us off this club. To make both our meals worse was the fact we got the end of the bag with the chips so they were mostly the little crunchy oil filled bits at the bottom of the bag. Good for some, just not us. If you paid $12 as a lunch special the meals would have been ok but knowing we could have spent $7 each more we could have went to the seafood buffet next door we certainly feel cheated.More

I use to like this place and became a member. But a few nights ago all had changed..changed utterly. And what a shame. On arriving I noticed they had renovated the club. What on earth were they thinking? Trying a modern look? Trying far too...hard. The place looks….weird. Spaceship came to mind.
So we took our seat and immediately noticed the prices. Everything had gone up in price, not by a bit, I mean a lot. I see. We were footing the bill for the crazy renovations. But how could prices go up and food standards go down so much?
Firstly they removed the burger from the kids menu. Like, why would you do that? oh but they let the so called chicken nuggets on. The chicken Parma was naked except for a miserly bit of cheese and bacon bits on the top. If you can’t make a Parma don’t have it on the menu.
My partner reckoned the calamari was the frozen stuff you buy at the shops. It looked and tasted ugly.
The Pizza was so soggy I wondered if they brought it in from the rain.
I could only eat one forkful of mash. As I chewed it in pain I asked myself if this was Deb? No, not the cook but the mash you make from a packet. I also wondered if they had fired all their chefs to pay for the weird refurbishments and had gotten senior management in to cook. Let’s face it – they can’t. Bring back the chefs!
There was a large enough crowd there. Maybe they felt the same afterwards or maybe they are Deb fans.

Value for money – 0
Refurbishments – priceless.More
