This was a lovely little find. It’s hidden in a mall, staff very friendly, a range of different Indonesian dishes although they had sold out of Nasi goreng, got a large plate for $16, perfect for a quick lunch

Shyly tucked away in a nook inside the Oriental Emporium in Coconut Grove is the love child of Sari Rasa. Or more like the next generation of young women who have mastered their Indonesian Mother's and Aunty's recipes and now have a business of their...very own and they are nailing it.More
Hidden gem, unknown by many tourists. You can smell the spices from 50m away... Amazing. Delicious curries, friendly and quick service. cheap and filling food. Whenever I'm back in Top End? I'll be here for lunch again. Delicious. Top marks.
Good value lunch It is $12 (small) or $13 (a larger) plate for lunch. You get to choose 3 items from small selection of meat, curry, veg options. Expect to share tables if it gets busy at lunch time (those from Asia or visited Asia...are very use to share tables). Hand sanitiser found at front door and on food counter for hand hygiene. QR code for all Darwin eateries.More
Seriously addictive, amazing Indo food, with amazing flavour , only downside for me is the meat can be very dry on occasion (beef/lamb dishes) but perhaps it is traditionally so? Love it in any case. Eggplant and spicy chicken dishes are my picks.
Menu: curry chicken, beef rendang, green beans, mixed veggies, lamb curry, chili chicken, chilli beef, egg chili, eggplant chili. There's also fried noodles, fried rice and steam white rice. Their sambal belacan chili is really a kick. Love it.
Must try their spicy chicken, rendang beef and a dollop of their sambal. Big portion, pack with flavours and friendly staff.Highly recommended, absolutely worth the money!
Just felt like I was back in Indonesia! Great food and for a good price. A must try in Darwin City. Good portions too!
This is a rough diamond, authentic Indonesian food in a basic venue but the flavours are real and the price is fabulous
My partner and I have spent many years of our life travelling all over Indonesia. The food here made my partner want to move from Perth to Darwin. Authentic as. You just have to look at the beautiful little lady’s who make and serve you...your meal. My partner even made a habit of going in at lunch time to get a takeaway serve for a late night snack back at our holiday apartment, for after we had been out on the town. Also very good value.More
We had a wonderful lunch buffet with a variety of curries. All had delightful flavours which complemented one another. This is a place frequented by locals who recognise quality and great flavour. I can recommend it highly for price, quality and value.
Food over many years has been excellent. Prices very reasonable. Always a pleasure to visit when in Darwin.
First time here today and can't say it's the best Indonesian I've tasted in Darwin or elsewhere. It's just as okay as it's sister eatery (Sumatra Cafe), with a few small twists. I've been hearing people hype this place so much but unfortunately my heat...is with another Indonesian eatery in the Darwin CBD 💔More
I have been going to Sari Rasa for many years and make a point of going whenever I return to Darwin. The food is very simple but very tasty and authentic Indonesian. Service is quick and friendly and meals are incredibly cheap. Well worth searching...out its location down an arcade off Cavenagh Street.More
This place is a hidden gem familiar with locals working in the city. Food choices is limited however the quality and taste is consistent and great. Mainly curries, fried rice, small side dishes and sometimes stir fried noodles. Good place to grab a quick bite...or take away back to the office.More
