Really unfortunate theme with so many places cutting costs at the moment and also putting prices up - this one included. A month ago, I came here and had a really good, thick, and filling smoothie. Good enough, that I told several people about it,...and a group I meet with have planned to come for our get-together instead of our nearby usual, which has also dropped in quality. Today, I ordered the same chocolate smoothie and noticed it had increased in price by $1 to $9.50. Fair enough, stuff isn't cheap and my previous one was good enough that it seemed reasonable. I also asked for an additional ingredient (peanut butter), which increased the price to $11.50 (also fair in theory). But here's the kicker, which disappointed me enough to write a negative review - it was thin, watery, and tasted like it had half the quantity of last time, with possibly iced water to make up the volume. My daughter had a bad experience last week and I thought it was a once off. I'll not be back, now.More

Beautiful cafe space in The Avenues. Kind caring staff, and the food sings with flavour and international experience. Not the off-the-shelf standard fare that everyone else puts out in Darwin. Vegan friendly, health conscious menu of which I am neither. I’m here because I’m all...about the great food at affordable prices. And the Karma coffee is delish. The food is very good, staff very friendly, It does not take a life time to get your food and the coffee is good as well. Good work by the ladies and gents that work there a good place to eat in Darwin, Well done.

The menu whilst not extensive is very good and will meet most people’s needs. It means that a small kitchen can keep up with demand and keep the quality that is anticipated I called in for breakfast before heading to work. The place is a...little out of the way m, behind a children’s playground it is definitely worth the effort to find The place is not large with about a dozen seats inside and about double that outside. In the breezeway. I had poached eggs and bacon. The bacon was deliciously crispy and the poached eggs cooked to Perfection. Coffee was excellent! The place had a regular stream of customers coming through. Sone just for a takeaway coffee one others fir a Sid down coffee or a meal. Staff are very friendlyMore

This place has a unique menu & they know how to perfect all their dishes. I really love their new bowls - I had the salted caramel & it’s great! Their bowls remind me of being in Bali - nice & fresh & healthy! Everything...else on their menu is amazing too. Great space, service, and food!More

What a beautiful breakfast. This cafe is the benchmark for quality cafes. The staff are friendly and attentive. We have returned to this cafe on a regular basis and will continue to enjoy both the hospitality and friendly staff.

Absolutely love the açai bowls and coffee, cannot go past a naughty Nutella bowl! Visit Darwin every year and cannot miss out on a visit to Karma cafe 😍

Pooched eggs that were boiled. Received our first meal and 15 minutes later the second, so one of us was eating while the other person was just watching them. A glass of orange juice 8,50$ no more than 330ml and half of it was water....This used to be a nice place to eat not anymore Also the cook gets out of the kitchen and serves the food to the tables ? Great cafe, hidden out the back behind buildings so was actually a bit difficult to find but worth the search. Great menu, so fresh, healthy and tasty. Will be back again soon!

The coffee here is amazing and food service is very fast, I got the Keto omelette which was amazingly satisfying. I’m not from Darwin but this is one of my favourite cafes to eat breakfast at.

I have recently returned to Darwin and I decided have breakfast at Karma Cafe. This is the first time I've had breakfast here under the new management. I ordered the Avo Smash and it was really disgusting. They had mixed Avocados that have that have...become so overripe that have blackened (they have a very distinctive taste) with underripe avocados (there were hard underripe bits through the smash). It taste awful and I was quite sick after (i didn't have to consume much to feel quite sick) I understand it's difficult to get decent Avocados in Darwin, but it would have been better not to serve the dish than run the risk of making people sick.More

Karma Cafe is my place to go for a meeting or to catch up with friends. Very Nice location and atmosphere. Food is always Fresh and Delicious. All the employees are very welcoming and always make sure we are happy with the food! Plus they...do the best acai bowls in the NT.More
