The Darwin Trailer Boat Club is Darwin's oldest seaside Club. From its humble origins in 1954, trading from a modified caravan, the Club has grown to become a Darwin institution. Today the Club boasts an architect-designed modernist Club House with a capacity of 1,000 people that takes full advantage of its absolute water frontage. Whilst the Darwin Trailer Boat Club is a members club we do welcome people visiting Darwin and the general public to enjoy our facilities and our hospitality. Visitors are allowed to use the Club for up to six occasions in any one year. Many choose to join before their sixth visit, seduced by the ideal setting, the fabulous fare at the Bistro and the Club spirit.

I held my work end of year function at the Trailer Boat club and it was amazing !
Alex and the staff were very accommodating to the 180 guests that attended. Their platter food was amazing and i received so many compliments from my guests...that attended. If you are looking for a venue to hold your work function or private function this is the place to do it.More

This is a terrific venue to dine in, and drink in, especially to watch the spectacular Darwin sunsets from. We both had grilled Barramundi and salad for dinner, and it was fabulous. Plenty of room under giant shades outside to enjoy your meal and view....Very reasonable prices for the food and drinks, even for non-members.
We're going again tonight!More

Plenty of options for lunch, with specials and the usual menu selections. The seafood basket and toasted chicken wrap were excellent.

Pub-like place. Pretty good pub-like food, lots of space, popular with the locals. Easy place to drop in, no booking necessary for small groups I would say. Went for lunch, probably nicer in the evening after sunset when it’s cooler.

Of the places we went to over the 12 days , this place had a great variety of food and drink, service was good and the 2 times we attended the club, the place was pretty full, I believe this is the place most the...locals go to. The highlight was the sunset just out the front where you eat. Fully recommend, go past Mindil Beach towards Casuarina. NOTE , its not the Darwin Ski Club.More

What a great spot to chill out with a few beers, have a bit to eat and watch an epic sunset.
Great atmosphere here, with a secure playground and pool (never seen a swimming pooling in a pub before!) for the kids.
Defo a place...to visit.More

We had lunch here each day that we were in Darwin. The setting is lovely - with splendid views of the water. The food was good and the servings very generous so we shared a dish. There was never a long wait for the food....I imagine it would be busy in the venings as people would come for the sunset.More
